The arrival times are not accurate. I ordered a product on November 7th to ensure it would be here by Christmas, I have yet to receive even an email that it's been shipped. (44 days ago) ... The staff does not know what is going on when you call them. Very disappointed.

I ordered a snowplow combo. I received it today. Two packages. The wench, snow plow mount, wench mount, side markers. But no snowplow.

Hi Fred, Every part ships separately so that we do not have to ship freight and can give you free shipping. The blade is still on its way.

It's not exactly your fault, but it sure as hell aint mine.....I spent almost $1300 over 2 weeks ago for something very important that was all in stock and was supposed to be delivered. It was not delivered to me, I got 2 out of the 4 pieces. One was delivered to someone else which I found 3 days later.....damaged, the other is lost. My snowplow is useless without the last box, so here I set waiting for something to happen!

Very frustrating, was supposed to get my plow by Friday the 12th and this is in stock but they have done nothing yet.

Don't I the Polaris midsize full door kept ice by is outdoor kept a spike for a 2020 wound because it does not fit well at all It. It let's air in where the Fender meets the hood had to put a 1" close foam piece there and was told by bill that Polaris assembled the body wrong , do you believe that . No support from UTV people at all , also zipper on the other door won't zip closed set 2 pictures showing flaw and no reply..Once they get your money say goodbye to any from any help from those people I don't recommend buying from this outfit

I recently made a purchase for a plow for my rzr 900 Trl. I talked to a representative twice about the order of the plow to make sure it would fit my machine before purchase. It was confirmed to fit my machine by the representatives. So I made purchase which I included in the notes of purchase my machine model just in case. I began to put mount up to vehicle to see if it would fit but screw holes were in wrong place for my vehicle. I called and talk to a representative and they told me it was never meant to fit my machine and they didn’t have the mount to fit my machine. I was deeply saddened at that moment. I’m in the process of returning. Utv is making pay for the restocking fee and shipping fee which is very expensive because of how heavy the plow is, all because of there mistake. I can’t understand why I would get charged for a mistake that I didn’t make. Hopefully someone will call me and help me out with this situation. I have purchased other equipment from them and it works great. I will not be using or spending money with the business again because of how they treated me. Anton

i ordered door panels for my 2020 RZR after calling and speaking to 2 people at your company and was told by both to order what I did. when I received the order, it did not fit. When I contacted Bill, he informed me that " you ordered the wrong part". In fact, he was one of the people I contacted to confirm I had the correct order. When I returned the items, i ended up paying the return shipping(&35), AND was charged a $20 restocking fee. I plan to post a do not ever order from at the ATV club website I belong to, and will definitely go on as many ATV websites and post my negative experience as I can. I was sold a winch package that did not work together with its' individual components, or on my UTV 0r as the intended advertised use and was told to purchase parts that were not required. A Total Fobar....and not once offered anything except and exchange of a mount that did not work and was replaced with one of lesser value. In short, lots of other choices out there, don't use these guys.
