Hi Viken, Confirmations go out as soon as the order is placed and tracking was sent the next day, please check your junk/spam folders.

“i ordered door panels for my 2020 RZR after calling and speaking to 2 people at your company and was told by both to order what I did. when I received the order, it did not fit. When I contacted Bill, he informed me that " you ordered the wrong part". In fact, he was one of the people I contacted to confirm I had the correct order. When I returned the items, i ended up paying the return shipping(&35), AND was charged a $20 restocking fee. I plan to post a do not ever order from at the ATV club website I belong to, and will definitely go on as many ATV websites and post my negative experience as I can. Good luck with your future business in Colorado!”

“I was sold a winch package that did not work together with its' individual components, or on my UTV 0r as the intended advertised use and was told to purchase parts that were not required. A Total Fobar....and not once offered anything except and exchange of a mount that did not work and was replaced with one of lesser value. In short, lots of other choices out there, don't use these guys.”

“Ordered a lift kit image showed axles, they sent the kit not axles. Called them walked them through the kit images. They called me back saying it was an old image. Offered no discount or anything.”

Hi Sarah! The Ruff Tuff Seat Covers are all custom made as you get to choose your style and colors. These are listed where you order them as 7 weeks before shipment, I hope this helps!

“I ordered a radio for my 2021 Can-am Commander xt 1000r and was lost in mail and delivered to neighbors and they brought it down and went to install it and won’t fit. Wrong radio. So it’s coming back. Thanks Travis”

“Ordered brush guard for my rmax 3.5 weeks ago , it says on the sight “usually ships it one to two weeks “ and now it says pre order in the website , ITV direct took my money right away with absolutely no idea when they will be able to ship my item . They should have waited until it was available before they charged mg card”
