“Item was new production and preordered on 6/8. As soon as you shipped bumper you offer a 25% discount and did not offer me the discount. Have not received bumper yet!”

“Purchased a winch for my Polaris crew sp 570, brand: SuperATV, thinking it would be the same as the one on SuperATV.com, but quickly ran into problems as the winch from UTVdirect wasn't "Readyfit" at all. Even their item description states: "Our winch comes complete with everything you need to fully outfit your machine." AND I listed my exact make and model, the winch came without the correct mounting plate. (another $59.99). Also it didn't come with the "Pulse bar" connector for the Polaris (another $5.57). Why did I list my make and model if I am not being warned, when placing order, that I also need more items to finally get to: "everything you need to fully outfit your machine."??? So my $375 winch went up to $441 to get it to work. Not mentioning the long cables to deal with. Should have bought directly from SuperATV if you want "Readyfit"...”

“I bought over $2300.00 worth of accessories from you and was happy with everything but the way the front windshield fit. I am not happy about paying the over $100 for shipping back. It was over $600 initially and I would think the fit would be better along the bottom side of windshield to utv. Not happy”

“You made me put in a pass word to view the tracking number. Never before out nf hundreds of on line purchases have I had trouble tracking my purchase. There were no diections on how to install the product, however I got it on and am happy if it doesn't fall off. Richard Smith”

“My experience: Purchased two items. was contacted one item that was no longer available. Offered other more expensive item. Declined and canceled. The second item held in shipment from 3/17 until this am 25th. I received credit for canceled item to find I was charged shipping for the other. Point of order amount was the free shipping. I could have bought item local and saved the shipping cost. I informed Bill of my disappointment but received no reply.”

“Floor mats I ordered for my new 2025 Cam Am HD9 KT do not fit well at all. Passenger side is not molded correctly to fit front of the floor board. Both are made to fit only if you have extra storage compartment under the seats. They only come with passenger side storage box. Yet it still isn’t molded in the front correctly. I will have to order a storage box for the drivers side in order to make this mat useful. For the bed liner mat, UTV Direct could think about shipping them flat like floor mats. Rolled up bed liner in a box has still not relax on the edges to lay flat. I have even weighed the edges down.”

“I ordered a snow plow for my Can Am. The website said I would receive an extra wear blade with everything else. I did not. I was missing a bolt for the blade and did not receive the actual mount for the sxs. I contacted them which was pretty simple. But was told I would not receive the wear bar, they would get the bolt to me and the factory was remaking the mount. I should have been notified about the mount when I ordered the plow. Still haven't gotten the bolt. And I am extremely disappointed about their false advertising.”
