“Been couple weeks since I ordered and haven't received any shipping information but I get this email to rate the product and delivery?!?”

“I am very disappointed with the fact that the wrong flap part was sent to me at no fault of myself. The lack of communication on when the correct one will be sent to me as winter is coming. All we received was an email on how to send back the incorrect one but with no mention on how the issue caused by your company was going to fixed. After sending a follow up email about the correct flap that should have been sent at the start will be sent , which I don’t feel like I should have done. I still have not received anything back from your company and will be sending yet another email as this is something we have paid for. The customer service has be extremely disappointing. At this point with the amount of frustration and lack of communication we don’t plan on ordering from your company anytime in the near future if ever .”

“I ordered a KFI plow kit. The hardware from the lever kit was missing, 4 weeks later and multiple text messages/phone calls i finally received the hardware. Also I ordered the standard size fairlead pulley instead of the wide on accident and it’s been 6 weeks, still haven’t received a replacement. I’ve been a loyal customer over the years but I won’t be any longer, really went down hill over the last year or so.”

“I bought this bag cause it says it fits the Turbo R , it didn’t fit its was off 1.5 inch off form the hole - so it shouldn’t been a big deal to get a return - I hade to take pictures n measure it n send the pictures to Christy n then we talk she’s all can’t u stretch it , told her it won’t work n then she went on n on how it fits the turbo r - it was a awful experience, there’s more , I m over it really horrible customer service”

“Your prices are a little high on some stuff. Also I ordered something that was on back order and was told I would receive it by the end of the month. No problem. Then when the time got close and the item was still not ready to ship I canceled it. That part was no problem ether, however I had ordered 2 items and I had already received 1 of the items already and when I cancelled my order they took off the coupon I had applied and still chardeged me full price for the shipping. The item i did receive ended up costing double and made it a waist of money. That was very disappointing. And I'm not sure I will order from them again. Sad cause the customer service was great. I spoke to Bill and he was fantastic and is the only good thing about the experience.”

“I order the prp storage bag that goes under the roof, the bag is well made. But tha stapes that hold it in place are to short to work. It was fitted for 23 can am commander.”

“Item arrived with all the hardware missing. 10 days later hardware arrived with the seal missing. Still waiting on that. Suggest you are more demanding of your suppliers. Since first the parts were missing the shipment should have been expedited. It wasn't. It also should have been checked for accuracy. It was not. If you accept this level of performance you will eventually fail.”

“Navigation of the website was semi transparent. However the biggest disappointing was selecting something that is NOT in stock and UTVDirect took the money up front. And there are no updates as to when the item is being shipped. Poor communication all the way around.”

Hi Stephen, Every product on our site is listed in red right above "add to cart" on how long it takes before shipment. This product is built upon order, not on backorder and listed as 5-6 weeks before shipment. Hope this helps!

Hi Michael! As a courtesy, we try our best to check all orders that come through to make sure the correct parts are ordered for each machine...that is why we ask for your year, make and model at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not able to catch every mistake. I am sorry it wasn't the correct part for your Pioneer, but we did ship exactly what was ordered.

“To ask how "shopping was on your website" is really not a good question that would allow someone to express their opinion about their purchase. Your website may have been easy to navigate, but other factors caused me to have a very negative opinion about my purchase. First, it was the quality of your product. Absolutely awful. I purchased a roof for my Ranger and after spending 2 hours trying to install it, I gave up. Second, was trying to make a return. Your customer service person made me feel like "well, you got what you paid for". I was told that if I had attempted to install the roof, I would not be given a refund. That was a threat. I had to ask to speak to someone else. I purchased a product, it was of poor quality, you folks should be bending over backwards to make things right and keep me as a customer. It wasn't happening.”

“Hi- I ordered items for a new 2022 Polaris. One was a winch. I called to make sure it was ok for the UTV. It was great. The part went to my dealer and I was never told that it need a mounting plate. So that cost me the first weekend and reservations to boot. THEN the windshield did not come with the wiper. Of course service insisted it was in the box. Nope it was not. Customer service said we call this # and I get tell the story all over again. Customer service should handle issues right away and not make a consumer call yet another number. Lastly the doors for the new 2022 Ranger did not fit properly per the dealer and they had to monkey with it and re-drill parts. Glad I paid professionals to do it. I probably would have failed. So this also cost me more time, money and aggravation with UTV.”

“we ordered a rear view mirror for our ultimate launch. it said 2-3 day delivery. we ordered it. it did not arrive for 6 days. we ended up having to buy another one because it too long to arrive.”
