“I asked for package to be sent to a different location and it came to the billing address. It cost me $75 to reship to different location.”

“The purchase process was good. However, I still havent received the product. It was shipped immediately on 6 December but the tracking hasent updated since. I have contacted customer service and they say I will get the product but I feel like it is lost in shipping.”

“Got my rear windshield, but it was missing hardware for install. Sent in email to customer service, then sent all pictures of the labels on packaging as requested. No response, don’t know if I’ll get parts to install it. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I’ll never use this company again. Thanks Geri”

“They don't show you this view of the spike brand rear fender flares when installed, I would not have purchased these had I known how they really looked on my xpedition, the fronts are fine however.”

“My wife tried to surprise me with a rear bumper for our 2024 Can-Am "Defender".Even though she put in the order comments that this was for a "2024 Can-Am Defender", unfortunatley she ordered for a "Commander". I am very disapointed that she was not given a "do over" for the return shipping charges. Taking into consideration this was our first order with your company and she did enter the correct information on the vehicle, an acception couldn't have been made?”

“You did not send instalation instructions when your ad clearly stated it came with east to read color instrctions. I had to hunt for install instructions on my own on the interent. Next time check the contents before you ship it.”

“Still waiting on a bumper you said was in stock, when the company you get it from was closed for a week when I ordered, and come to find out it is backordered a month out. No warning and no confirmation until I had to email and call multiple times.”
