“Ordered on a Friday and lamp delivered on the Saturday which was quicker than I expected!! Lamp was well packaged but the shade did have a couple of very small dents in it.”

“Received the light the very next day and put it together without any instructions, which was fairly obvious and wasn't rocket science. Lovely light although very bright bulbs which made looking at the light fairly hurtful to the eyes as the bulbs are not shaded, a small adjustment to the angle of the bulb will alleviate this.”

“The lights are great but unfortunately not the right colour so I am having to return them . We ordered orange but when they arrived they were Neon orange. It would be helpful if this was highlighted in the specifications.”

“The prices are very competitive especially when you compare the prices with Valuelights and say B&Q, Homebase, Argos etc. Only thing I would say is it took a few days (2) to be dispatched. The packaging was not great in the sense the bulk was in bubble wrap envelope on the end of the box the light was in, just taped. However was not damaged so all OK. The shopping cart was easy and no problems going through the order process. Overall really good, definitely will use again.”

“Valuelights have an effective web catalogue and an extremely efficient warehousing and delivery system. I have made several purchases from the company and have never been disappointed. In this particular case the purchased item was physically smaller than I thought it would be, but it does do exactly what it is described as. The misunderstanding is therefore mine and not the company. Based on the fact it is smaller than I envisaged and for that raeson only, I have rated the item as good.”

“Just what the wife wanted. Reasonably priced for stained glass shades as opposed to similar priced acrylic coloured shades. Reasonable delivery period. Only criticism could have done with one link more on hanging chains to accomodate eco. bulbs.”

“I ordered lights online and was told I would get an email informing me when they had been dispatched. I didn't! I ordered them on a Monday and by Thursday had heard nothing at all so I rang Valuelights and was told they were to be delivered that day and they were! So one happy customer!!! I have already recommended Valuelights to a friend and would definitely use them again should I need more lighting.”

“Although the bulbs did not work, they arrived promptly and the retailer sent me a returns label for refund promptly. I would however prefer functioning replacement bulbs rather than a refund.”

“Service good prompt delivery - I did find cheaper online which is the only reason I rated 4 star would have been 5 star no problem if price promise available , but had problem with competitors website. Was not going mess about with what amounted to be a 5% on a £25 buy, so overall good item with excellent packaging at competitive price”
