“Delivered very quickly. Although a part was missing customer service dealt with it very quickly and efficiently and despatched the part quickly. Lamps were very good value. Thank you”

“Paid for express delivery but didn't arrive next day. Upon contacting Valuelights, the postage was refunded immediately. 3 of the lights arrived smashed. I sent a pic and replacements were sent without delay. Good communication throughout.”

“Excellent product, great value, good service, poor communication. Would have scored 5 stars if customer services had sent email to advise of delivery date and tracking number as stated in sale confirmation email; had to chase up for details of delivery and tracking number.”

“A good light box for the price. I am using it for quilting projects and trading the design on to cotton fabric. My only criticism of the design is the sharp corners, I would have preferred them slightly rounded so they are less likely to cut through anything used to carry it.”
