“Great lamp I bought for my 4 year old nephew, very bright and colourful. He loves it especially at bed time.”

“I'm really pleased with the response and service. My parcel arrived broken, probably as there had been three unsuccessful delivery attempts! When I phoned up value lights they dealt with my problem quickly and I had the item exchanged the next day using dpd- a much better delivery service in my opinion. Really pleased by the ease of the exchange great customer service. Thank you”

“I ordered three GX53 LED lamps. Delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately the lamps were the wrong ones. I 'phoned Valuelights. The adviser apologised. The replacement, correct, lamp bulbs were delivered very promptly and the wrong ones collected by the courier. The new ones work. Very good service, careless mistake. Would have rated "Very Good" otherwise”

“Very good. May I suggest that the operator should offer to sell bulbs when not supplied? I phoned again and ordered bulbs a few days later. I knew they weren't supplied but didn't realise that the bulbs required were 28mm ES. Thanks for you good service.”

“Searched for hours and hours on end to find uplighters which were white, and glass. Eventually found these. They arrived fairly quickly, well packaged, and the shades themselves were actually much nicer even than I thought they looked online. A reasonable price, and they have gone up perfectly in the rooms. Pleased, thanks.”
