“Although their product description was slightly wrong (they advertised a chrome light fitting but the light was actually brushed aluminium) their service was very good and they immediately offered to take it back without charge and give the money back. The light is very good and we have decided to keep it. The price was good and we also found a discount code. Delivery was very fast. Would certainly consider using them again.”

“Nice easy website to use. Small niggle; that the confirmation was not the same as the order, which we found a little disconcerting! When product arrived however was all present and correct and of the usual good quality for the money! Please don't tell anyone else about this company or else others will use them like we do.”

“I bought this for my 10 week old baby as it is very soothing and interesting for him to watch. The remote feature is an added bonus and the range of settings is very good. Delivery was quick and well packaged. The only criticisms I have are that the fish don't move around as expected and instead are just floating at the top no matter what I do.”

Hi Georgina, thanks for your review. We tend to find that the fish float better in distilled water. You can buy this in a supermarket, or if you have a dryer the water in the machine is usually distilled. However, you can only make it some at home by boiling water on the hob and then allowing it to cool before you place it in the tube. Another tip is to wash the fish in soapy water, dry them and then place them in the distilled water. Hope this helps your fish float :)

“Product great, delivery quick, but IT skills poor. After ordering the site promises an email confirming the order…. This never arrived. I had a reminder email 2 days later saying I still had items in the basket???! After confirming the payment with PayPal and relaying to ValueLights, it was confirmed the order was placed. Good, but not great.”
