“Value lights is certainly the right name for this company. My recent purchase of wall lights, table lamps and LED light panels was all of good quality at an amazingly low cost and delivered in good condition within 48 hours for free. Their website offers a very comprehensive range of every type of domestic lighting. You could wish for. I will certainly use them again and recommend their service to anyone wishing to buy good quality lighting.”

“The light is just ok for the money you pay however the one we received had a fault where you can’t fit one of the parts coming out of the cage as it was damaged we dont know if we can make it work yet. It is so frustrating always receiving defects. ‘Value’ shouldn’t mean it is faulty. Disappointing having the hassle of sorting something out again. Also no instructions. I know it is quite basic to sort out the packing was poor too.”

“The order arrived quickly and was as described however stars lost for poor customer service. My husband broke the glass lamp cover when trying to secure it with the screws. I rang the customer service line and spoke to someone who said that she would check if there was a spare lamp in stock and ring me back, this has never happened. I work full time in a busy job so dont have toime to keep chasing this so will just leave it but disappointed that my call was not followed up.”
