“Great prices: Item [Table lamp] was accurately described on the website; the delivery details were excellent with link update to Hermes; the parcel arrived on time as stated and was very securely packaged. We are now enjoying our new table light. Thanks Value Lights”

“Received the product which isn't as advertised. I ordered a "light wood clipper floor lamp with xl rolla" and received a dark wood base with white wash over it. I called to ask if this was a mistake. They took 3 days to not call me back after needing to "check the other stock in the warehouse against my photo and the website" to discover the light wood stock isn't light wood and the website is wrong. Of course I had to call 3 times to find this out before attempting to return. No apology. Awful customer service. Do not buy their stock. Its not as advertised. I should have listened to the other awful reviews and not taken a chance on them.”

“The lights are beautiful and just as pictured. Really pleased as have been looking for a while. Great range of lights too. Friendly to use website with useful dimensions, fast delivery. Got a few extra discounted bulbs for spare. Would definitly use Value lights again in the future.”

“These wall lights are great value for money. Have been looking for ages for wall lights with shades but didn't want to pay silly money.. They are a good size and look classy. My conservatory finally has ample light when needed without the glare that so many other light fittings produce.”
