“I had to saw off the top inch of the clip lamp holder to get enough purchase on the GU10 lamp before I could install it, and then the clip snapped off when I opened it. The item was completely useless”

“Value lights gave me a quick delivery at a time that must have been very busy for them. When I rang them to say that I wanted to change the product for one of a different colour I was given very clear instructions and the new light arrived within a few days. Excellent service, thank you.”

“A faulty product was delivered. After contacting them they arrange no problem. Ten the curior didn't turn up. I informed them off this and they said they had re-scheduled it. Once again it didn't happen. Now they seem to just ignore my emails. Quality customer service. I have now thrown the item away and purhased it elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.”
