“Valuelights provided good service, however, the product "A3 Adjustable Table Top Light Pad" has a poor design flaw that means that turning it on using a finger/thumb over a sensor-switch can take a good 20-30 seconds. An actual physical switch would have been 100% better. Also, the adaptor does not fit very well. Disappointed as this was a Christmas present.”

“Great product and quick despatch time. Knocked a star off from 5 out of 5 for two reasons. 1. They use Hermes for delivery who are notoriously unreliable and on this occasion put the parcel in my wheelie bin before I could even get to the front door. I would pay extra for Royal Mail or DPD. 2. The label on the lamp shade said that a BC bulb was needed when actually the base needed an E14. This could have caught some people out. I suppose there is also a third reason to knock one star off, I've been relentlessly hounded to write a review and this started before I'd even had chance to test the lamp to see if it worked, maybe wait a few days before hassling people.”

“Xmas 2017. good service and arrived promptly. Ordered a blossom tree and some lights. Excellent value. exactly as described. Have put value lights into my favourites for other future purchases. Impressed.”

“Really fast delivery. Prompt reply when I asked about leaving my parcel in a safe place which they did so I'm really happy about customer services and delivery. I can't really comment on the product, it looks nice but wasn't for myself, I purchased it as a Christmas present.”
