“I had absolutely no complaints regarding the ordering and delivery process. The same cannot however be said for the product itself (Minisun 11W warm-white GLS LED light bulbs). One of these failed within a very short time of installation - something I have experienced before. Reliability leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Recived with no problems .. great little SAD light already made me happy. Only thing a would say could done with a leaflet on makeing best out of your sad light. Apart from that was 100% satisfied with my purchase delivery.”

“Its everything and more what i expected and adds so much to my lounge . Its classy, well made and i cant beleive how cheap it is . I did get another light from another company but sent it back as it didnt stand up as stated and it was expensive. This is good quality, good service and so pleased i purchased it. Thank you so much for the fast delivery and when i ever need more lighting i will be going back to your website. Thank you for adding glamour and mood lighting to my lounge.”

“Love my new light, a replica Arco lamp that fits so well into my apartment's decor and design. The best aspect of this purchase though was the excellent after sales service from your firm. We did have a problem initially putting the light together as one screw would just not budge. However after a quick call to your after sales, a new part was delivered and the old one picked up - with no fuss or hassle. Will certainly use your firm again and recommend to friends also. “Although their product description was slightly wrong (they advertised a chrome light fitting but the light was actually brushed aluminium) their service was very good and they immediately offered to take it back without charge and give the money back. The light is very good and we have decided to keep it. The price was good and we also found a discount code. Delivery was very fast. Would certainly consider using them again.”
