“The product was described as a "set of 3 nesting ceiling shades". I understood this to be three shades for one light fitting however it is three shades for three light fittings. How is that nesting? Very misleading and therefore had to return the product.”

“Email sent yesterday - as yet no response! Shoddy product sent in very poor packaging - returned. Good afternoon. I already have a refund reference: CR007890 When I called Customer Service I was informed that I would have to pay the postage. I’m not happy about this arrangement as I explained that despite the packaging, I could not put the tree together as the ‘branches’ would not connect properly to the main ‘stem’. Transit damage possibly or poor quality item. I have since packed up the item as it was sent to me but secured with masses of parcel tape. As per your instructions I have paid for collection of the item, on Monday. I can send you the courier invoice if you are now offering to pay for the postage? With regards,”
