“Very easy to deal with, delivery was super quick would defiantly recommend”

“Product great, delivery quick, but IT skills poor. After ordering the site promises an email confirming the order…. This never arrived. I had a reminder email 2 days later saying I still had items in the basket???! After confirming the payment with PayPal and relaying to ValueLights, it was confirmed the order was placed. Good, but not great.”

“The lamp I bought was very pricey for what I got, it's a sensory lamp for a child but to fill with water and the cap doesn't screw just sits on top so my child who has disabilities is unable to have it as water and electric do not mix! Therefore was a total waste of money! And extremely dangerous!”

“Easy to use website, my iPad played up and I thought I had lost my order but bright light sent an email with the link and details for me to complete the order. Email to advise they are on route and was fast delivery and items well wrapped even though mine were only plastic kids lights. Would use again.”

“Bought this light for my grandad who is gradually losing his sight. When we set the light up for him there was a problem when switching on the lamp. Basically there was loose connection with the bulb. So I called value lights who apologised straight away and arranged for the faulty light to be picked up and exchanged at my Grandads address rather than mine. Great service and great product. Cannot fault value lights in anyway. Also the product was nearly half the price my grandad was quoted for the same lamp from an eyecare centre. Very happy customer ????”

“I'm really pleased with the response and service. My parcel arrived broken, probably as there had been three unsuccessful delivery attempts! When I phoned up value lights they dealt with my problem quickly and I had the item exchanged the next day using dpd- a much better delivery service in my opinion. Really pleased by the ease of the exchange great customer service. Thank you”
