My rating would have been ‘very good’ however, I ordered 2 x 3 glass ball light fitments, unfortunately one had 1 broken glass ball and the bulb replacing tool missing, the other had 2 broken glass balls. Having said that I emailed the customer services who apologised and sent a replacement immediately, which has arrived in excellent condition. Couldn't ask for better service

Love the colours love the style matches in perfect with my new decor however it does not stand up straight it leans so have had to put something under the base to keep it upright and would have liked it a bit taller.

Ordered a tripod lamp where the legs needed to be assembled. After an hour of trying to put it together of what should have been a simple task, realised the bolts inside two of the legs were faulty. Called, explained and replacement were sent out straight away. Took max 10 minutes to put it together

I bought several light fittings and 2 lampshades. The fittings were fine, hence the 3 stars. The 2 lampshades were hopeless. Came disassembled with completely useless instructions not for this product. They had cardboard copper inserts that had no way of fixing to the shade so just fell out. I stuck them in with double sided sticky tape but I shouldn't have had to. Product sold was completely unusable.

The plane lampshade if gorgeous and my son loved it. We decided to give him a new bedroom for his third birthday as a surprise. When we went to put the plane together, we realised the propeller didn’t fit the plane. Thankfully we managed to fit it with a paper clip. If it wasn’t a surprise for my sons birthday I would have sent it back. If you buy check it’s fine as soon as it arrives.

Nice looking light but surprised to find it came with no fittings so have spent another £14 at Dunelms for the actual mounting and cable.

The tripod stand lamp I ordered is lovely and very reasonable for money but the shade it comes with is awful, you have to put the shade together yourself by rolling it along a Velcro pad and it’s creased from being folded for delivery. The company have been very good in saying they will refund me just for the shade though. Great customer service

Was not keen on the fact that you have to make the shade and add the detail diamanté to it. Really not very good at this and it just does not look the same. Quite disappointed actually.

The problem with this light is interference with DAB radio reception. If I switch the light on when listening to the radio, the radio goes off and gives me a signal saying "station unavailable".

I liked the product very much. I liked the web page . The prices of you product are excellent. Only one problem was price of next day delivery but doesn’t arrive next day and discount code at end of purchase would be better . When you offer something to customers make sure it happens as it is very frustrating when it doesn’t happen but overall I enjoyed shopping on your website and will again .Thankyou

Great value lights but had problems with ordering more than 1 bulb on the website so only received 1 not 3. Asked support if they could rectify as the bulbs were on offer with the light but ended up having to pay full price which I wasn’t happy about.

Lamp arrived flat-packed, even the shade. The shade has brown scorch marks all the way around the top and bottom, we're it looks like it's been cut. Really light.. And only small..

Lamp is as expected for the price with relatively quick delivery. Disappointed with lamp shade- need to put together myself using Velcro which is fine, but as item comes from China, quality isn’t great and has clear glue marks showing where Velcro has been glued on. Lamp shade also isn’t blush pink as described but peach in colour

The lamp looks very good but the shade bent when I took it out of the wrapping. It was probably my fault for not realising it was quite delicate, but it was a shame nevertheless

Order was processed quickly and despatched with carrier link provided. Delivery turned up however most of it was missing. We only received the lampshade! I contacted them and issue was fixed quickly. Missing items now arrived.
