“Very happy with these, very bright and attractive. Unfortunately two were slightly broken on arrival but when I telephoned to explain there was no hesitation to say they would replace them and have received the replacements. Would recommend this company.”

“Great delivery, but product has very short wires that can't work in most situations. This means extra costs getting electrician to rewire lights. Shame.”

“Received the item very quickly, although it was of good quality, unfortunately it was not appropriate for the room. Spoke to customer services and an adviser named Dan dealt with returns procedure efficiently. Hopefully when item is received the payment will be returned to my account as efficiently as this. First time I have used this company, but will certainly use it again.”

“I ordered 4 light fittings + bulbs . Arrived the following day as stated. Unfortunately 1 of the fittings was broken. I called Value Lights to report damage . Received a replacement the following day. Stunning customer service. (Oh, and the fittings I ordered were excellent for purpose at a great price)”

“The order was delivered promptly which was a miracle as the address was south ockendon. South ockendon. Rm255hj. Luckily the delivery lady phoned me and delivered. I had sent an email about the address and told it was corrected. The lamps are good.”

“Ordering was quick and easy. Unfortunately, I ordered two of the same and only received one and something else completely different. Shouldn't be too difficult when I ordered two of the same! The Customer service team was nice to sort out my problem but took me a while to explain myself and for them to understand what happened. Unsure if I would buy again based on the fact that they missed my super easy order due to the hassle but their range is relly good. Maybe I will give them another chance.”
