“Our initial thoughts are that our purchase is a good one. I was impressed by the packaging which was thorough was well packed. The timing of the delivery was also very good. As the lights have just gone up it is a bit too early to judge, despite this we are very pleased so far but too early for a very good star”

“Delivered quickly, in a pretty good condition. Some of the drilled holes weren't machined particularly well, but the item still fits together OK. Instructions were a little ambiguous in places, but fairly easy to follow. Looks nice overall!”

“So I saw an advert for this lighting company on Instagram. I ordered two lamps, a table lamp and a floor lamp. Both were very well priced and they arrived within 5 days. I can't fault the service. A lot of packaging but I guess it's to prevent damage. I liked the lampshades. Roll it together so there is no dimples. I'm happy with the products so I'll use Valuelights for future lighting. Only last a star for the amount of packaging.”

“I have given a rating of "good" based on the fact that unfortuately the main part of my order, red Dexter light shades , although very good quality were too large and too red, seriously reducing the light available. My request to return my order and the ease of doing so will get the "very good". Time will tell ?”

“Ordered a lamp, got 10% off for first order but used next day delivery so got that free (lamp was £45) but lamp shade had to be built up (?) which was a bit awkward and now has a couple of bumps in it , which I notice ever time I look at it. Have tried 6 times to stretch the shade out but it must have been where it was folded in the box. I expected a bit more, to be honest, I like my lamp well enough but I still don't feel it was worth as much as I paid”

“Would have given them 5 stars except the floor lamp I purchased wasn't the easiest to screw together considering it clearly states on the instructions not to thread the screw-in part!! Apart from that, great value for money, easy to follow website and goods were delivered quickly!”

“The stand itself is the lovely, the shade however., is rather a disappointment!! I have never had a self assembly lamp shade before and it does look a bit battered when assembled!!”

“I received 2 floor lamps. But they compare in quality for much the same cost. I got a tripod and another with marble base. I would suggest that u actually pick a shade ahs send it whole as I didn't think I wud have to Velcro it and it doesn't look great. But I really loved the marble base one. But was pleased with the service etc. Thanks”
