“Lamp ordered before 10am on a Monday was nice, paid for premium fast delivery but it still did not arrive until Wednesday. Sent email on the Tuesday but got no response”

“Excellent product and service, particularly considering the "special offer" of free delivery on a £10 order. I bought the fitting, a six-way flexible GU10 unit, in order to cannibalise it to make something else, so had an opportunity to look closely at the materials and build quality. Despite the very low price - how do they do it all at the price - it was well made with a great deal of attention given to safety features. Thoroughly recommended all round.”

“The light I’ve received is such poor value I’m so disappointed. The shade falls off constantly and the one leg won’t screw on it keeps missing when screwing in !!!”

“Delighted with quality and look of this lamp. It has a heavy base and looks exactly like the pictures. The shade was easily put together, and although we read some negatives, it looks fine. Not the colour shade I was after so bought another shade in cherry red which looks fantastic. Delivery was fast. All in all very pleased - thank you Valuelights.”

“Really pleased with this floor light, it looks lovely! Slightly surprised that the shade came flat pack (might not have noticed on description though!) Easy to put together though! Easy to assemble stand too. Only thing slightly negative is that the black flex hangs over 3/4 down the stand which houses the on/off switch. This is at a very convenient height, but to me the flex looks loose and slightly untidy. Would prefer flex to run tightly against stand! Posted and delivered very quickly!”

“I found the same product with Value Lights a whole £10 cheaper than Wayfair! Value Lights provided a selection of bulbs to complement my purchase. I was also able to receive free delivery too under a special offer. The product arrived swiftly, albeit by the dreaded Hermes. They actually delivered it well and in a timely manner. Very pleased with the product chosen and would recommend and use Value Lights in future.”
