“I have given a rating of "good" based on the fact that unfortuately the main part of my order, red Dexter light shades , although very good quality were too large and too red, seriously reducing the light available. My request to return my order and the ease of doing so will get the "very good". Time will tell ?”

“Ordered a lamp, got 10% off for first order but used next day delivery so got that free (lamp was £45) but lamp shade had to be built up (?) which was a bit awkward and now has a couple of bumps in it , which I notice ever time I look at it. Have tried 6 times to stretch the shade out but it must have been where it was folded in the box. I expected a bit more, to be honest, I like my lamp well enough but I still don't feel it was worth as much as I paid”

“I was sent a different product to the one I ordered. When I brought to the attention of the vendor I was told it was the right but with different writing on the box. I have bought the correct product from another outlet before so I know the difference. Value Lights have a poor product knowledge and a poor customer service.”

“Would have given them 5 stars except the floor lamp I purchased wasn't the easiest to screw together considering it clearly states on the instructions not to thread the screw-in part!! Apart from that, great value for money, easy to follow website and goods were delivered quickly!”
