“My van was delivered late and not to the specification, Whilst the staff at the call centre were both pleasant and polite, when asked when is my van going to be delivered ? This could not be answered, Following delivery I asked why it was wrong and why wasn't it checked as it was a special order, I got apologies and the offer of a small refund, I could have refused the vehicle but that would have resulted in Another 3 months ish wait without a van so in effect take or leave it. If you want bog standard vans to be delivered whenever then Vans direct are for you, If you have any specific requirements then beware!”

“After buying the van was told they could not deliver before Christmas then was told I can't pick it up so had to wait two weeks then it turned up in afternoon while raining had look over van then put it on drive came out in morning to put seat covers on found little dent in passengers door phoned and sent email with picture to vans direct was told they could not do anything about it as I had sign for delivery so customer service there isn't any ?”

“Quick, easy and efficient transaction. Swift delivery of a product that was exactly as described. Not sure about the ply lining which was thrown in free of charge, for our purposes I think I would have preferred the standard finish but I suppose it will protect the cargo area from the inevitable knocks and scuffs. It may take some time to remove the mastic used to fit it.”

“Vans Direct were the only supplier to find a Euro 6 Transit at short notice in the spec (or close to it) that I needed. Even my local Ford dealer didn't come up with anything close, and would have charged more for a less well specified vehicle. Quick, courteous and efficient - thank you. Mark P”

“Excellent service on the call line,i must say a special mention to a guy called Jamie who organised everything on the sale of the van to me for your company,this guy made the sale ,I had total confidence in Jamie and he was the reason my company purchased from vansdirect,being one of the biggest companys means nothing to me at all but front line staff like Jamie are worth their weight in gold.”

“Van arrived at my property dirty on the outside, did look in showroom condition for a new vehicle The inside driver side had a paper mat which was also muddy as it had been raining that day, driver could vanish quick enough”

“Very pleased with my Berlingo. Price could not be beaten by local Citroen garage. Communication was excellent, van was delivered to my home on back of a transporter and the guy delivering van showed me how everything worked. Would definitely use Vans Direct again if I needed another van in the future!”

“Great service..easy company to deal with..had a bit of a hiccup re delivery dates. Eventually sorted. If the mix up hadn't happened would have given very good.”
