From start to finish everything has been clear and easy. Never bought a new van before so it was all new to me but everything went excellent and delivery very fast. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

A bit scary never ordered a van on line ( have I got the right model ? ) but all whent great. Dose what it says on there site iam happy.

What went right?? Nightmare company. Would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. Ripped off beyond belief. Thought we were leasing a vehicle only to find that we are now buying it at an inflated cost. Put down a £500 deposit being told we'd get it back only to find that we wouldn't. Was told it was a 4 week turnaround, but it took three months. Staff couldn't care less - they're only interested in getting money in. If you own a business STEER WELL CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE. And just to add insult to injury, they're now taking their money out of the wrong bank account!

Took deposit, couldn't supply vehicle as was ordered and specified, no one called me back, told me they wouldn't be refusing me the £500 holding deposit

The van is what I asked for. Although I had agreed the purchase I did not want to take delivery until end of Jan, this seemed to be a concern for Vansdirect as many phone calls were received urging delivery. I feel that it was not made clear that the deposit would be taken when card details were given and I was not notified that the finance was agreed until I contact Vansdirect. There was some confusion and maybe this could be made cleared, the percentage quote to me at the time of enquiring was 4.9% but the paperwork shows 7.9%, yet the sum payable was the same? which as a layperson the 4.9% is misleading.

Where should I start. I was not advised about the set up fee of £240 for the finance. It was then taken from my bank twice and I had to wait a week for it to be refunded. I was told the balance was due the day before the van was delivered which again was not true and incorrect information. The van arrived with No Sat Nav which again I had to wait for it to be delivered. This took nearly 2 weeks. For all of these problems I have not recieved an apology let alone any compensation. I have zero confidence in yourselves and I won't be purchasing my next van through your company. Please remove me from your mailing list and sms service.

First class customer service. Extremely helpful and couldn't fault a single thing. Everything was spot on and how they said it would be. From my first phone call, I had my new van delivered to my front door within 14 days. Highly, highly recommend.

This being my fist Brand New van I am excited with the deal you gave me but disappointed that no free service for the first year and not quite understanding the Breakdown service I am getting what it entails with now having the Van Since December I read All theses deals what's going round and think maybe I was wrong in a decision I made Rhank you Mick Ridley

Great service, great van there was however a small paint scratch on the rear door which was a bit disappointing but it was resolved very quickly and repaired. Would definitely recommend Vansdirect if you want a great deal and great service
