“Vertoe itself was easy to use; but I really disliked the location. My stuff felt really unsafe and they were very pushy salesfolk. They never checked my name or ID and let me just grab my stuff myself. I could have easily walked away with someone elses luggage!”

“It is a great service! The only thing I didn't love was that you have to reserve and than you will receive the specific address.”

“I was thinking there would be a backstore somewhere hidden to store our luggage, but it was stored at the back of the location visible for anyone.... But people where very nice and it has been easy and convenient. 5 minutes from the Port Authority bus stop.”

“Used their services for 5 days. My backpack was kept safe & not tampered with. Vertoe was a savior in a pinch. Originally, planned on using their competitor, Bounce, because their reviews were better. But, Bounce's website & app sucks. It freezed & wouldn't let me make a reservation. I was able to make a reservation on Vertoe on the 1st attempt.”
