“The toilet facility are not available for people with bags”

“convenient & inexpensive, but a little confusing at the bag storage spot because it wasn’t clear I was at the right place (didn’t see any vertoe branding or any indication it was acting as a storage spot)”

“First time I used this app. The app is user friendly and easy to book. I would ask for more information regarding the place where I'll leave my bags. I did not like that it was not a lockeroom or that they didnt have any lockers. It was a just a convenient store and they had no room for the bags. They were displayed the whole time behind the counter. I left them, but i was worried about them. Next time, I would like to see what establishment is it, if they have lockers, if there are locks. Also, it said they had bathrooms, but that was not the case.”

“Was not provided or offered seals for baggage. Exact location was hidden until booking which made it very difficult to reach the location given my specific situation. I would have preferred to chose from a list of locations than to chose a general area and be assigned a location.”

“When we got to the area we were leaving our bags at, it seems as if the workers there didn’t even know we were leaving our bags there. They later took a long time to attend us and very informally numbered our bags. Despite everything, it did help a lot, but there are still improvements that need to be made.”

“It was convenient to have a place to drop our luggage off when we were traveling on our last day in DC. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to select the closest location using the App because the location is hidden until a selection is made. Once we arrived, the individual at the cleaners was not polite and we felt that we were more an imposition than being invited customers. On the good side, our bags were delivered back as promised.”

“i gave this 3 stars based on this math: 5 website ease of booking 5 location close to grand central 4 price (no hourly rate) 2 check in out process explained at site 1 Warm feeling I got my luggage was secure”

“I think the Vertoe ID tags are supposed to be used to close/seal each piece of baggage so as to assure that they're not opened while the luggage owner is away. However, at this location in Arlington VA, one tag was simply used to hold my two pieces of luggage together each of which could have been opened while I was out. Lastly, at this location, if you don't want your kids seeing bongs on display, leave your kids outside to shop.”

“Service was convenient. The website stated that you can drop off/pickup anytime within store hours, however, I arrived an hour before my scheduled drop off time and I was charged an extra fee.”

“Dropped my bag off at the shop and got it back fine, the guy was nice, but was not given a coded seal/tag as advertised or receipt or anything. The guy just put my bag under the desk in the front of the shop not secured at all. Would not have left anything valuable at this location.”

“I had to bring my 13 yr old into a bar which was random - just so we could place our bags. I think if the bar jad a ‘vertoe’ Sign it would have given us confidence- to drop your bags at a bar - not great when you didn’t expect it.”
