“Website is very convenient, easy to find a location. Prices are decent. Perfect when hotel is not offering bell services because of covid. The location was close to transportation, however was in a sketchy part of the city and the clientele of the convenience store was not the best.”

“Very convenient location, in the heart of downtown Nashville! The owner didn't seem too familiar with the process, maybe new to the program, but my luggage was tagged and safe in the bag of the store! Will use Vertoe again!”

“It was easy to make the reservation online. Once there, the security was a bit lax in that no one asked for I.D. or put a lock on my luggage. When i picked up my bag, it was no problem because no.one else had left any bags...”

“A bit apprehensive as I'd not used Vertoe before and wasn't expecting a restaurant as the drop off point... but so great being able to unload them and run free for the day! Next time I imagine it'll be 5 stars as I'll not have the unknown aspect to overcome.”

“Overall, a great service. I was able to drop off my luggage and enjoy the city prior to my train’s departure. A little skeptical about the safety of my luggage since the location did not do any of the steps I was expecting - did not ask for my identification, did not receive one of the secure tags.”

“After a bit of a ropey start (we got there but shutters still down despite saying open from 10am) it went smoothly. Exactly as explained in booking and host was very apologetic about being late. Had this slight false start not happened I would have given 5 stars.”

“Worked great and the Lady at the store was super friendly. The system is clever and we also liked the idea that our luggage was insured (just in case). The only draeback was that you only find out about the exact location after you book, which in our case was a bit further away than we expected.”
