“While the system of Vertoe was very convenient and allowed us to walk the cith without a bag, the description “close to Liberty Bell” was a bit deceptive as it was about a 20-25 minute walk from the bell to the drop point. Fortunately there were losts of landmarks along the way. We would have gone directly to the drop location first, but the confirmation email said that their hours weren’t until 12:00am so we visited a few things first. I wish the system had informed me of this when I booked 10:00 on the app.”

“I was very hesitant at first to just leave my luggage at some shop. I was like woah am I going to walk into this shop and they are going to have no idea why I am there and suddenly I was scammed for my card info on the internet. I took the plunge and was surprised to find it was legit. Great service will use again.”

“My first experience with a non-hotel Non-train station luggage storage service. I was annoyed that the Vetoe tool coyly would not give me the name or precise location of the place before I paid But I went with it anyway since it seemed to be the most conveniently located service provider to the BestBus drop off point. It turned out to be a bar and the people who helped me there were very friendly. They gave me a “receipt” when I left my bag that was a little piece of paper that they wrote my vertoe number on (based on me reading it to them from my phone). I was surprised they didn’t have preprinted claim check forms. Things were more casual than I expected, but I guess it’s not your mothers luggag check”

“It was great to be able to leave my bag and not have to carry it around all day. However, the vendor that watched after it did not give me a ticket or tag for pickup even though I asked for one,and told me to take a picture of it. When I went to pick up I had an issue because it was a different guy, who wanted the tag.”
