“I was a bit desperate, I had a shift at Macy’s in downtown Seattle and mad a bad decision to bring a change of cloths a large coat and some electronics. After my shift director told me they had nowhere to stow my bag, I began looking for lockers somewhere in the downtown area. There are none. 9/11 changed all of that. My shift entails a lot of walking, and the thought of carrying that large bag around all morning was not a pleasant thought. In desperation I looked one more time on Google and found Vertoe. I could leave my bag all day for just over $6.00. Secure and safe. Although it was though the back of a smoke shop, I found the owner very polite and attentive. Looks like a new online business we really need in the downtown of Seattle.”

“I like the experience and haven't any problem, but I think you need find different way to check-in and check-out. Because I was afraid in this moments, some stores the luggage stay near the door, or near the shelf, and when the owner gO tô serve a customer is easy somebody steal a luggage.”

“In general it was ok. We left the bags at a location and they were returned safely. However, the lady at 235 30th St Miami Beach, FL location does not know how to treat customers. She looked like I was talking in a squirrel language when I said I was there to drop off the bags through Vertoe. On top of that she said she did not have any Vertoe tags and she did not check my ID. So I was like “how do you know if someone takes my bags...”. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend using this location specifically. I am trying another location next time. Let’s see what happens.”

“Great little shop that we dropped our bags at. A friend used the app and said the interface was confusing. I reserved just online. There wasn't a place walkable from our location but we were still fortunate to find a place a short cab ride away to stash our bag for the day of sight-seeing.”
