“Had an issue with the place booked to store my luggage. After contacting customer service the rep found an alternative location. The issue was resolved timely, however, would've been easier to do by phone which wasn't an option. I would use Vertoe again”

“I'm very glad to have discovered this service. What a great idea! It worked out very well for me yesterday but I wish that the area for leaving bags was more secure. My bag was basically left in a corner of a semi-public space. I decided (out of desperation) to take a chance but I wish it was a space with lockers or something like that so I could be more sure that my belongings were safe from any tampering.”

“Reservation process was smooth and checking baggage was an easy process. Would have preferred a picture or description of facility Was a little shocked the place to deliver bags was a smoke shop.”

“Store personnel were a little confused with my reservation....acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and had to produce a sheet with the documented reservation number on it and then acted like I was bothering them.”

“Finding the correct address was a a little hard because they gave us the wrong number. After we found the place and went inside the lady asked for my booking information looked at it and then put the tag on my bag. Didn’t ask for ID or anything like that. When I came back they still didn’t ask for ID or booking information they looked at the tag and that was it. Also the tag wasn’t put on correctly so I was able to pull it off easily. The bag was put in the back of the store no lockers but when I arrived there was a bunch of luggage in the back part of the store where anyone could go. Overall it was a weird experience nice people and everything was still in my bag just a little sketchy.”

“Easy drop off and pick up. Loved the convenience of not having to drag around luggage and of not having to worry about it while I was out.”

“The store was close to where we were staying so it was easy to find and drop off our bags. The store keeper was very pleasant and tagged our cases and asked us to take a photo if each one. Maybe it was because we were returning in 4 hours to collect but we did not see the cases locked away securely just left within the store although we had no problems”
