“Great location and service. No wasted time: no wait maybe 5 min to drop off and 2 to pick up. Very close to penn station and metro station. This location was very convenient to go to JFK. I dropped my luggage at 10 am in the morning. The luggage was tagged. Took a photo of the label and picked up in evening at 8:30pm before taking metro E and AirTrain to JFK. Will do it again and highly recommend this service.”

“Luggage storage is usually a pain. The reservation process was easy, the cost was acceptable. The process took a little time, but was worth it to be able to sightsee without my bags before going to the airport! I will use this service again. Thanks!”

“We were very grateful for this option to store our luggage! We got into Venice around 9am and weren’t able to check in until 4pm and didn’t want to waste a day. Our things were kept safe and we were able to pick them up when we wanted as long as it was before 10pm. Very reasonably priced as well!”

“My Vertoe experience was very positive—from the online customer support to the storage process and location. The lady at the storage facility (Boston, MA North End) was extremely nice and helpful, and I felt secure that my luggage was in safe hands. I would absolutely use this service again, as well as recommend it to my friends and family.”
