“Yhe process of reservation was fast and easy and when i made a mistake I emailed the customer support and within less than 3 minutes they solves the problem in an effective way.”

“We had a few hours before we needed to head to the airport, but didn't want to lug our bags around the city. This was the perfect solution. Easy to drop off and pick up bags. Great service.”

“I was initially skeptical about the service thinking that the drop off place might not be safe for my bags and I was wrong. They ask you to tag your bags and take pictures with the code on the zip-tie thingy as proof. However they did not ask me to show the pictures while picking up my bags, probably because I was the last person to do so and the ladies remembered me. Overall, a great option to temporarily store your bags, would recommend the service.”

“It was great we went in the shop with our suitcases and they were really nice. It was great because of that we had the last day of our NYC trip without any luggage. I would to this again!”
