“Very useful service. We were a bit confused about the tags. We thought we were supposed to provide them but it was the store that provided them.”

“Worked well for me. I arrived at 7am and just wanted to tour the city quickly before heading to Tarrytown. Very polite staff members. I would use the service again. Just note that you are dropping at a business that is not just a storage unit with lockers.”

“Booking online etc was great but the shop that it was booked into was hopeless. I don't think the guy I spoke to spoke English, he certainly had no idea why I was there or what I wanted. We got there in the end and he took my suitcase further up the shop and just seemed to leave it there in the shop should anyone decide to take it, so no I won't be going back there again.”

“This service is awesome. I left my bags and was out exploring the city in a matter of minutes. When it came time to pick up they were very kind and No issues. Would recommend to anyone travelling.”

“This was my first time to use Vertoe’s service and it was a truly flawless experience. The drop site was conveniently located and they were totally friendly and efficient. The pick-up experience at the end was also perfect. This is a great and needed service and I will be using it often on my travels.”

“I attempted to make the reservation using the app, but it was slow and got double booked accidentally. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the double booking but it could have been avoided if the app functioned a little more smoothly. Applying the first-time user's discount code was also impossible because the app was being so slow.”

“It was my first time on Vertoe and everything was easy, clear and fast. The location of this particular place was perfect, near downtown crossing and easy to find. Staff was really nice to us.”
