Ordered a TV which arrived damaged, received a refund and put an order in for a replacement second TV also arrived damaged. Now have great difficulty contacting them to arrange a return, call centre says they are currently closed (all day on a Monday?).

Avoid! It isn't worth the hassle! Terrible company. I don't know how they are even still in business with the terrible customer. Item was ordered and paid for with regular updates stating my order was "on track". Only on checking my account the day before this item was to be shipped did i see that they have cancelled my order, refunded and didn't even bother to inform me that they had done this!! I'm now stuck without an item that I ordered on the FIRST DAY OF PRE-ORDER that will now not be with here. If they had bothered to inform me that they didn't have the stock i could have ordered elsewhere. Waited on the phone to customer service for over an hour for them to just cut me off when they didn't want to confirm their error. This is terrible management and i will ensure I never deal with this company again!!!!

Horrible, greedy, disgusting company. Not interested in helping anyone. Add interest where they can to try and confuse and mislead. Just so greedy I can’t even comprehend it.

Got accepted for a very account had it for a week before ordering soon as I came to order they’ve placed my order an told me it would be here in a couple of days... so comes to the day it’s due to be delivered( had to take time outta work for this) just for me to be sat round waiting then having to phone the company for them to say there sorry they’re shutting my account down with no explanation to why.. this is a very very poorly run company that lacks in common communication with its customers absolute appalling behaviour received by telephone operator just overall experience this company has just wasted my time & money by lying.

BEWARE Order items at your own risk. Ordered the Prague 3 door wardrobe. A door was damaged on delivery. I contacted customer services to request they send me just a door. They wouldn't send just a door, they demanded I pay for a whole new set of wardrobes again, so I had to pay twice which I couldn't really afford to do just before christmas. After returning the first set of wardrobes, the second set of wardrobes were delivered. AGAIN the door was damaged, completely smashed to pieces. I AGAIN contacted customer services hoping they would send me just the door. Unbelievably I yet again was told to pay for another wardrobe which by the way was out of stock and not available until the end of February. In the mean time I'm stuck with a damaged item. It has taken literally months to order a wardrobe that isn't damaged and a COSTLY one. Why should the customer have to go to the expense of paying for a replacement item AGAIN if it gets damaged in transit. (All I required was they send me just a door) Disgusted with the way the whole situation was dealt with. Something is very wrong with the way they process damaged goods and totally unacceptable the way they treat you through no fault of your own.

They decline your NON credit account after making a debit card purchase and then advise they are not at liberty to divulge information of why to you. Yet happily take my money and not return it. Shady company!

I bought a fridge freezer in August. This morning the freezer had stoped working.I called and was in the phone 1 hour 45 minutes to be then cut off after going through three different departments. I started off wanting to get it fixed it’s still under warranty and I took extra cover out.But the way Iv been treated and a full morning been wasted I know want my money back. Appalling customer service. All the automated voice on the phone says is If you want to make a payment,that’s all there bothered about.

Ordered a sofa set checked order we had then been ordered 2 sofa sets !! Checked again and was being sent 2 footstools and no sofas laughable will go through credit card and get money back wish I’d seen these reviews first !!!!

Very are Rogue Traders don’t buy anything from them or you will regret it. We bought 3 pieces of furniture that are junk, they were all damaged and defective and Very refused to replace damaged and defective parts. Read all the 1 star reviews before you buy anything from the Rogue Traders or you will regret it like we did.

Very sell seconds Very are Rogue Traders they sell damaged and defective products and refuse to replace them. Read all the thousands of 1 star reviews before you buy anything from these cowboys. The customer service department respond to reviews but don’t respond to customers. Be warned this company are Rogue Traders that are breaking consumer laws on a daily basis

I ordered a table it came damaged. So I returned it I waited in al day for the delivery driver he finally arrived and refused to to take it as the box was damaged (he was the one that damaged it) so I ring up and they tell me its going to be picked up by 2 still not picked up so I ring again and he said there is no trace In it being picked up today so I replied you got to be fing kidding me then he said he is hanging up. All I want is a refund for a item you delivered to me damaged I dont understand why this is so hard. I have already taken 2 days off to wait in for this to be picked up please help

So shocked by the lack of professionalism from this company. They actually sent me a WHOLE contract saying they have agreed for me to use their so called "Buy Now Pay Later" service only for me to spend hours adding items to my basket and for them to then decline me after checkout. Called them to ask why and they said they just woke up and found some information about my credit report. WHAT? After sending me a whole signed contract. They apparently tried to call me and sent an email. Didn't see neither. I can't believe this is supposed to be a company that claims to be professional. I don't even want anything else, even if it's for free and just want to save a life from dealing with an utter horrendous service.

good luck getting a refund off these robbing thieves was sent a supposidly brand new coffee machine which when i plugged in first time blew my electrics they have the shoddy dangerous machine back but using every excuse from they have not recieved it to its lost when my tracking no says different i will get my refund even if i have to turn up at their head office with friends and make a scene

After sales just sucks.. LG TV remote stopped working... LG were instantly willing to send out a new remote until they found out it was bought from Very. Calling electricals department at Very takes more than 30 min for call to be answered. When they answer they transfer to LG support. LG says that warranties are handled by Very for their TVs. Call Very again and same thing want to transfer to LG this time Very Customer Server pose as AO.com by telling LG they are AO.com to force LG to send out the remote. LG then asks me where I bought it, I bought it from Very so I say Very and LG says Very handles the warranty. Finally Very calls me and says they will sort it out from their supplier. Puts me on hold for 30 min and then hangs up. Call Very to return TV, returns label was sent instantly. I am fearing sending the TV back as not confident that they will refund.

Order never turned up after 3 separate calls to Very. On the 4th call I was advised they would need to refund and I would need to pay for another order! One star is too good for this company. Shocking customer service and they conveniently only have a post address for complaints. DO NOT USE VERY!!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Ordered a Christmas tree for £183.98. Arrived broken, I have arranged for Very to collect this item and give me a full refund FIVE times now and nobody has turned up to collect it. I have sat home all day waiting five times for nothing. I want my money back in full. Customer service is absolutely shocking not one person that can speak basic English. I have bombarded their Facebook and Instagram pages but they are still ‘unable to assist me with my query’ despite them repeating back to me what my query is. I will never use this company ever again and I will be taking this further. Can not just take peoples money and not give it back when an item is faulty. Disgusting behaviour after the year everyone has had just in time for Christmas.

There was an offer for an Echo Dot 3rd Gen Twin pack, which was £37.99. I placed an order on 20/11/20,and been delivered only one speaker on the 24th. I called the Very customer service team and asked for the second speaker and the only option they offered was to return the speaker and refund the money. Fair enough.

Ordered black/orange trainers for my sons birthday didn’t think to check in sealed pack at first a week later I opened them they were white so I returned and ordered again black/orange again received white so have to send them back and now no time to go shopping for he’s birthday thanks very you ruined he’s birthday and your answer was we won’t charge you the postage too right you won’t
