Customer care services are terrible. They dont give the exact reply. If something asked extra they switch off the phone. Dont buy any product from this comoany. All are cheaters and back of money.

Avoid this company i ordered a northface coat with a voucher they sent me for £30 off the coat came but was to small so ordered the next size and red the small one they they took the voucher of the account so I called to customer service who are appalling and said they cant reuse voucher how ridiculous so there getting the bigger one returned and ill never shop with them again

Avoid this business like the plague. I ordered a galaxy watch for £415 which they add to your account straight away but have never received the product even though royal mail said its been delivered. Customer service is a joke and I have now been waiting for 50mins to get someone to help me and cancel the order and get a refund. The first person I got to speak to said she couldn't handle the cancellation. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Very sell damaged and defective products and then refuse the replace them. Avoid this company or it will cost you a lot of time and money. Report them to the Financial Ombudsman, Office of Fair Trading and The Retail Ombudsman, that is what I did. Very are rogue traders, if you have also been ripped off keep posting what happened to you on all the review sites. Consumers have rights. Don’t let these crooks rip anymore people off.

They have caused damage to my credit report at the most inconvenient time. I'm currently going through the process of securing a mortgage to purchase a house and the negligence I have experienced resulted in additional financial burden for me for the years to come, which is unacceptable. Very's organisational decisions resulting in lack of prompt action directly affected my ability to take out a mortgage on preferential terms adequate to my (previously) excellent credit score. While I understand that all businesses struggle at this time it is only fair that Very live up to their reputation and take corrective action. I have had an account with Very for 16 months. I have always made payments on time. This month, when I attempted to pay, the system showed an error and the payment did not go through. In the following days I tried to call to resolve the issue. It was incredibly difficult to get through to Very's customer service, as apparently the company is extremely busy at this time due to Coronavirus. I spent hours on the phone trying to get through to your officers. Failing to do that, using the automated options in their phone service, I requested call backs. For some reason I would then get voicemails without the calls ever coming up on my mobile. After a number of attempts finally managed to get connected to one of their customer service officers on the 3rd November 2020. On the call, I was informed that the payment did not go through on time and I will have that reflected on my Experian/Equifax credit report. I enquired whether settling the account in full would stop this from happening. I was told that it's in the system and it cannot be overridden. I decided to settle the account and close the account regardless to avoid this issue happening in the following month. I settled the full amount on the 4th November 2020. On the 15th November my Equifax account was updated, showing that not only is my account not settled, but it's also in arrears and I have a missed payment. This also affected my Experian credit score. Furthermore, on 4th December by Experian was updated again still showing that the account is open, when I specifically asked for it to be closed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

You cut me off the phone, lie about how to resolve a problem and won't solve my problem, do yourself a favour and don't buy from this company.

I purchased a lap top from them but I haven't received any email from them. They took the money from my account while the purchase has been declined due to their website problem. I called the customer service and they even didn't know how the website works. 2 hours for just calling them and track my purchase. Very ridiculous!

They are reluctant to process your order if you use a discount code, they will merely cancel the order and then act dumb, it's hell to get your money back.

The worst shopping experience ever. Received a bathroom cabinet that looked like it'd been used for years. Scratches, paint peeled off and just signs of usage. I've written on Facebook and called 3 times - the first two people hung up on me, the third I waited nearly 2 hours and finally got someone to confirm that they'd send us a new cabinet. But nothing showed up and I didn't even hear from Very at all. There's no email to reach out to and I'm very tired of waiting in a phone queue. I guess that's what they do, just wait for you to give up. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend this company at all.

avoid this company total waste of time and full of Lies. The call centre is based in South Africa people are not well trained they do not know what they're doing total waste of time my order was cancelled saying that out of stock they had stock when I placig the order when I got %10 off they cancelled it.

Please do not trust this company they will take your money and then act stupid please just read there reviews on trust pilot u will be shocked at their disgraceful behaviour towards customers

Lied about having ps5 stock, they never had a single one. They are merely take your money (more than rrp) and order from playstation themselves. The date at purchase was 21st of November, the second my money was taken they changed my date till 4 weeks after that. However, those who ordered after me are receiving on the previously promised date. Customer service terrible, ignored across the bored and their advisers have told people conflicting information on what's happening. Avoid at all cost, because even if you do get a decent delivery date, their drivers have been damaging and stealing orders left right and centre.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a leather jacket, got a despatch notification. When I did not receive it I called to be told they never had it in the first place. Customer service do not care. Will never. order from Very again.

Absolutely horrendous, will never ever shop with Very again. Ordered overpriced ready-assembled furniture and on arrival it was broken, scratched, dented and filthy with footprints and fingerprints all over it. Rang the same day for a refund / discount and pick-up of the broken furniture and you would think I had asked them for the world! 16 days later, after phoning 11 times (spending most of that time on hold), tweeting the so-called Very Helpers, contacting the Facebook page, the delivery company, the supplier of the furniture, their Head Office and finally trading standards and the consumer helpline, I have my refunds, the broken furniture has been collected and I am glad I can wash my hands of them. Absolute disgrace of a company. I advise anyone thinking of buying anything from Very to think again. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Terrible company. I don't know how they are even still in business with the terrible customer service. My Item was ordered and paid for with regular updates stating my order was "on track". Only on checking my account the day before this item was to be shipped did i see that they have cancelled my order, refunded and didn't even bother to inform me that they had done this!! I'm now stuck without an item that I ordered on the FIRST DAY OF PRE-ORDER that will now not be here on launch day. If they had bothered to inform me that they didn't have the stock i could have ordered this elsewhere. I waited on the phone to customer service for over an hour for them to just cut me off when they didn't want to confirm their own error. This is terrible management and i will ensure I never deal with this company again!!!!

Dont buy from very First item arrived late, second item, got an email that I will get a refund as it was stolen buy staff at Yodel, I will need to order it again if I still want it and third item arrived with the top broken and most of the aftershave leaked out. Odered at the same time but the items sent separately, please avoid, my first and last order. If I could give zero stars then I would.
