Avoid at any cost !!!! Unfortunately again my issue is not resolved. I am mentally and physically tired of this. Still without washing machine. I have to go to laundrette and pay for the washing. I could never imagine myself that buying a washing machine with Very would be that kind of challenge. Let me start from the beginning. On the 5 of May I have bought a washing machine with installation. Later in the week I got a text message from hotpoint saying that I would only get a delivery without installation. So I am calling hotpoint asking why. They are saying to call Very. On 8 of May I am calling Very. Explaining everything. Very saying that apparently I have not paid for the installation which it is not true. Very is confused šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø they clearly don't know what they are doing. Lady is transferring me another person who is confirming that i did pay for the installation. šŸ‘ apparently there was a mistake on the system and they have not set a installation with the delivery so she will return me those money. (I have not got any refund) obviously I still want the washing machine delivered with installation so because of this mistake she have to transfer me to Hotpoint and I have to pay for the installation again. Which I have paid Ā£119. They have set the date and I am waiting. 13 of May I should get a delivery. I got slot time then text message saying they will be there in 15 minutes. Terrible man very rude saying that he came to fix the washing machine not delivered. As you can imagine I could not believe what is happening. So I called them. This is a joke what kind of customer service they provide over the phone. 2 people hang up on me when I’ve asked to speak to their managers . This company does not know how to handle anything. They can not advise or be helpful. Finally I just wanted to cancel this order and get my money back. I got hold off somebody who did this for me but he only did refund me Ā£ 400.I still want to get back this extra Ā£119 which I have to pay for the installation coz of the system issues. The only response which I got from very was when I left my first review here. This is saying a lot about this company. Jonh contacted me. Unfortunately he also can not help me as I have to contact Hotpoint myself. I still want my Ā£119 back as I have paid for the installation. This is nothing to do with me. Imagine he want me to call Hotpoint and claim the money back. Like this is my fault. This is a joke. I can not believe. actually whatever you do they still wont help you. If you want to spend your money with Very please think twice. This story can happen to everyone.

Very bad greedy company would never deal with them again rip you off exploit you unprofessional customer service refused to speak with manager by staff ridiculous amount of APR 54.9 on the phone for two hours was cut off passed to four different operators who had no clue could not explain my account but expected me to know get you in a load of debt by interest atrocious company please be aware paid closed account would never buy again from these.

Extremely disappointed and angry, we ordered NEW LG 65" OLED TV and we have received damaged TV. Never Ever Order from Very .

If I could I will get this complete zero stars I suffer from Parkinson is I have spent quite some time choosing items but unfortunately when I come to pay they constantly bombard you with offers of opening a credit card which I do not want I was unable to pay using my own personal card I was constantly receiving pop-ups about the credit cards with no other option to pay. I do manage to make orders from websites but this is so ridiculous look at your reviews Very and do something about your customer services. I will never attempt to shop at Very again and I advise everybody else to do the same.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across. These are difficult times and companies who have profited massively should know how to treat the customers that have always support them. Very don't seem to think this is important. I won't buy from them again and I would advise everyone else to think twice. Most reviews back this up.

Ordered a fridge freezer and paid £19.99 for the old one to be collected and taken away and the courier knew nothing about it! So now we have a boxed fridge freezer and an old one and no one collecting it. Courier said they haven't done that since March.

Ordered a new cooker for my 82 year old mother, paid for installation etc, email received would be with me by thursday 15 April. Two days later email saying there's a problem and delay doesnt say until when. Contact the distributor they said you wont be getting that model until 20 May. Contacted Very after 30 minutes on hold spoke to the rudest most abrupt person to cancel and ask for a refund took best part of an hour! They actually thought I was going to allow an 82 year old to go without hot meals for a month. Very disappointed with Very. Having read the other reviews in hindsight not Very surprised!

Cannot believe the telephone call we just had to make? Our Company ordered a new Apple iphone 12 Mini for a member of our sales team who is working from their home office to take important work calls. Paid £627.99, which we presumed was a competitive price by Company debit card. Received a text message the following day, requesting we call Very. We thought 'Great' - checking security & address for fruad. Oh no! Sorry, we cannot accept your order because you are a Company/business & not an individual.....What? Very,,,,,business MUST be good, for you to be turning away orders.... Since received a refund on our Company debit card. Advice - do not waste your time or energy but most importantly - your money with Very.

Absolutely useless, ordered my daughter some toddler shoes 4 months ago which didn't fit her. Sent them back and kept receipt as proof of purchase and I have contacted their customer services department three times for a solution only to be asked for a tracking number.

Money grabbing company with high interest charges and late fees!!!! Sent me an offer code to get money off on BNPL then didn’t credit me back and had to pay full price. Totally messed around by customer services who lie to you and don’t want to fix the problem as long as they get more money out of you! Shocking!! AVOID!!

Stole more than £200 from me I got told by Sanal that I would have an refund It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received ANYTHING The worst customer service- they have stolen from me Do not use Only use if you want your life to be a misery What a terrible brand- I have never encountered such a low grade company and low grade staff Don't you do reply back and tell me to email- I will leave everything here publicly I have emailed enough times Disgraceful service- worst brand you can possibly use Account Number: 33589889 Order Number: 614098609251

Very discriminatory to transgender people, and not understanding at all. Opened an account with Very few months ago 43572771, had a phone call (after I had made my order and had it confirmed) from a woman firing on all cylinders and snotty tone because they must have realised after giving me the account and confirmation that my details were now different from previous attempts to obtain a catalogue before in old name, obviously due to prefix and name change and applying in my new legal name she seemed to think I was up to something she didn’t say this but obviously could tell from her attitude towards me trying to obtain a littlewoods account also, anyways fast forward to today never missed a payment and paid out the last Ā£160 owing on my account in full and added Ā£520.98 so all in all paid Ā£620.98 so I could order a new tv as mine is not working and get declined, called them up spoke to a very nice apologetic man who told me they understand and it all makes sense about my name change now but ran a credit check on my new name (which I applied for the account in initially and was given so obviously already passed credit check in new name) and now saying I don’t pass the credit check and they would be closing my account and refunding the Ā£520.98 I’d paid extra to the account, I find this absolutely absurd and discriminatory, making excuses to close my account because Im transgender I have been nothing but upfront about everything and have good credit in my new name my account was in my new name so I can’t see anything I’ve done wrong just excuses to close my account and so I would advise any transgender person not to deal with them as this is clearly discrimination, appalling.

Very is an awful company. It’s products are over priced, you pay huge amounts of interest and they are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot when it comes to customer service. Everything about very has been designed to milk the customer of their time and money. Pay dates are never the same so they are always catching you out, they apparently are not able to make it a specific day, although staff will tell you that you can pay Ā£12.50 to defer the payment to make it sync with payday. This solution does not work and only costs more money. I was struggling to make payments, was asked to fill in a excel spreadsheet with my monthly income and expenditures. I filled the form out and spent weeks trying to get it back to them because they would only accept it in an image format. I was told the best option would be to sit on the phone, which in my experience is a 45 minute wait. I even tried speaking to very through fb messenger, I sent the document across and asked for it to be sent to the correct department, which they said they did not have the facilities to do. Not having the facilities to email something to the correct very department ? I mean come on its 2021. I asked for an email address to send it to but that was only ignored. After weeks of back and forth and trying to get their form across they came back and told me they couldn’t help. With places now offering Klarna and interest free payments I don’t understand how they are even still in business. They are an unhelpful lot and you end paying double for such a incredibly bad service. Me and my wife both have accounts and once payed up we will never use them again.

I have bin trying to sort out a very big issue with very and have bin promised a phone call a email help to sort this matter you name it and sill nuffink.. thay let one guy buy 30 boxes of pokĆ©mon cards at Ā£45 each becos thay was all the same he was mad and left a review and sent them all bk im livid with this as my son has bin trying for about half a year to get some as he's hi risk in the pandemic so upset as thay shows thay was in stock just not for me I gess all ways saying thay had a problem and don't know wen ther be in stock and like the bikes I order and the hottub seemes like people get favorites if ur a rep or suming like that šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ˜ šŸ˜¤

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered item which was damaged, you have to wait for about 35/40 minutes to talk to someone, . I sent damaged item back but they wouldn’t do an exchange, resulting in me having to wait until the returned my money before reordering. By this point my item was then out of stock. Ordered a different bed throw and a completely different item arrived, again refused to send me out the item I did order originally until I sent the wrong one back. They organised pick ups which didn’t end up not turning up to collect the items resulting in further delay, and advised on numerous occasions I would receive phone calls back and they never phoned back. Absolutely shocking service, will never use very again.
