“I ordered a laptop from them and they said it would be delivered 8 calendar days later. The night before it was due to be delivered they rang me to say it was out of stock and they had cancelled the order. When I rang them the following day they had no record of the order being cancelled and said they would ring back. They didn't. I rang them and they said "if we said we will call you back, we will", but they didn't. Its appalling that they didn't tell me it was out of stock earlier and didn't call me back.”
