Ordered a beard trimmer, paid more money for next day delivery but four days later I received a used, old, and full of hair trimmer and it says in receipt it’s not returnable item.

Ordered a TV, checked it was on stock it was. Payed extra 15£ for 24h delivery. Received confirmation email all good. In the morning next day received txt message that my item won't be delivered and they will reschedule it. First no mention about refund money that I paid extra for delivery, second I contacted customer service and it was awful, lady that I spoke to was didn't care about nothing, her attitude was I gave a s**t. So I cancelled the order on website because I could buy same TV elsewhere straight away. Most funny thing after 40min of my cancelletion I received email from Very that they have to cancel my order, so pathetic I cancelled it not you. Very very bad experience, definitely won't be buying anything from them.

Awful service booked a fridge freezer Saturday 14th of May for delivery today 21st May giving them a whole week to arrange. Got a text message last night 20th of May at 18.46 to say deliver not possible and to arrange another date the earliest being Tuesday 24th of May. We disposed of our freezer yesterday 20th of May along with any items that were in it. We had ordered £100 worth of new fresh and frozen food for delivery this morning and now have nowhere to put it . Were Very interested ? NOT AT ALL.

After reading several negative reviews I was in 2 minds wether to order or not, I’m glad I ignored these and proceeded with my order, I ordered a jacket Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning. Would use again in future

Absolute nightmare trying to send an item back No return label sent to me Cannot speak to anyone. Have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to get hold of someone to help. Really poor customer service The return App is awful I clicked on Royal.mail return nothing no.label sent to me so clueless as to how I send my.parcel.back Such a time wasting excercise and very frustrating

Terrible customer service. I ordered a keyboard and mouse, this failed to materialise and after three weeks I phoned to enquire. They said they would refund but that I would have to pay for the order again which I was reluctant to do and declined. Thankfully I chose not to put my faith in them and re-order the keyboard as the refund has still not made its way to my bank account. Frustrating and uncaring service. Avoid at all costs!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They put on a front of wanting to help customers but ultimately they don’t care. They’ll do very little to help YOU. Avoid at all cost.

I returned an item as it was faulty . Very have taken the money from my account and will not refund and have not returned the faulty item . Speaking to the customer service department is so painful ! After speaking to a number of people that either cut me off or put me through to another department I then end up speaking to someone who has No clue !

Do not recommend 2nd time this has happened to me, returned item and they don’t register it or something so they assume i haven’t returned the item so are making me go back to the post office 2 weeks later to see if they can give me proof of the return!! If not I’ll have to pay for trainers I’ve returned scammers…. Will not buy from here again.

I am now in financial hardship and called very to see if they could help me, but there was nothing they could do so here I am paying minimum amount stretching myself to pay this taking money out of my food amount, I would never recommend very there not sympathetic at all 😡

I bought a Guess leggings, i have wear it once and it looked horrible and damaged. I have sent it back now the first person I spoke said that she would replace it. Over week later i havent received anything or refund. I called them and this lady that answered was so rude and did not let me talk and told me that i need to wait 10 days and call back and if I want replacement i need to pay again or wait for the refund, now they havent got the size i wanted . Anyway i just did not like the way she spoke to me soo rude.

I do not recommend this Gestore. I thinks it is a fake company. I lost my sim and they do not have any sim card to replace my. They send me to back and ford to any store and no store have the sim card. I explain that a work with my phone and no way to replace my phone. I had to change the company. I do not recomed Very

Got a LG TV delivered to me purchased from very.. the TV was broken, cracked screen. I gave them a call to ask for a exchange, the lady was helpful and mentioned she will gladly exchange it. And I would receive it today.. Today I give them a call to check what's happening and they don't know what's going on, they said my account has been canceled because of a review. I don't understand, the lady helped me yesterday, today the person was unhelpful and did not know what was happening.. i still have the broken TV which will be collected tomorrow but I guess I will not get a exchange because they canceled my account

yodel delivering for VERY has large volume of parcel deliveries for the hornsea area (as the driver i see is now covering bridlington area as prioroty first hornsea second) resulting in parcel delivery being extremely late ... (3 DAYS LATE) deliveries are abandoned at the end of day as time runs out therefore no parcel...i know this because i track my parcels on yodel web...still no parcel bad service

I honestly do not understand the concept of closing an account after inactivity after a few months. The retail world is highly competitive and to assume that a customer will only buy from Very is quite presumptuous. I ordered a skincare product which was later on declined however the money was still deducted from my account. I was told that this happened because my account was 'closed' due to inactivity. I told them to make their 'system' more transparent to the user by making the account status visible and making the rules clear on how long it takes before they take matters into their own hands and close accounts. I honestly have no idea on how this business model is supposed to work in this competitive age! Goodluck VERY
