“I wonder that my order has been missed not once. Usually, the delivery starts less than two days,sometimes even a day, but when I did not receive the delivery notice for two days, after checking with your staff, then delivery notice comes immediately. That means your staff need my reminder to delivery my order. It is not acceptable right? Anyway, hope this not happen again. Thank you”
