“I bought Tri-Heart Plus (a prescription medication) on Vetopia. Before delivering the product, the staff contacted me to provide a short video to their vet to confirm there’s no obvious medical issue that may affect the use of the medicine, which is very considerate and careful. Nice CS and delivery services!!”

“Vetopia is one of the most reliable pet food and supplies provider in Hong Kong, with a team of experienced and caring vets behind it. I tried many online pet shops in Hong Kong before settling with always ordering from Vetopia. “Fantastic online shop, part of Vetopia group ( their Vet services are also great). Their prices are very competitive and delivery is exceptionally fast. They are very quick to reply online/on WhatsApp to enquiry or cancellations too and their website is very easy to navigate. We have been using it after friends' recommendations and frankly its the best online pet product shop in HK”
