“The website is clear and easy to navigate. I usually order special foods, recommended by a vet, for my dogs via Vetopia and done so many times over the years. The quality of the products is good, they arrive in perfect condition, and the speed of delivery is reasonable. Having been a client of Creature Comforts for a long time, I take the recommendation (hepatic food etc.), find the item, and order it. The number of products for special needs is limited, the choice usually extends to a handful of brands, and the pets depend on their food. Vetopia Online ensures that their needs are met.”

“Website is easy to use and select the products. However the discount offered to recurrent purchase that need to put the credit cards details on the web that seem unsafe on the data protection so I never get this benefit. it will better to pay all immediately with discounts and 3 times delivery services (that is my opinion).”
