“Vetopia is one of the most reliable pet food and supplies provider in Hong Kong, with a team of experienced and caring vets behind it. I tried many online pet shops in Hong Kong before settling with always ordering from Vetopia. If there’s an urgent deliver need or request for change, they are very responsive and the customer service is great. The ordering process is also reliable and easy. I highly recommend Vetopia.”

“Fantastic online shop, part of Vetopia group ( their Vet services are also great). Their prices are very competitive and delivery is exceptionally fast. They are very quick to reply online/on WhatsApp to enquiry or cancellations too and their website is very easy to navigate. We have been using it after friends' recommendations and frankly its the best online pet product shop in HK”

“Vetopia has become my main platform for pet products. The prices for most of the products seem to be roughly the same as local pet stores around my area. They also are contactable and responsive through WhatsApp, which has been especially useful for me when it comes to the recurring orders that I set up. The company does lock you into buying a product multiple times before you can cancel your recurring order, which does offer inflexibility and when I set it up initially, I wasn't informed of this. But aside from that surprise, I've never had any other issues. Their delivery times have also been phenomenal in my experience as I've always received my order the day after ordering, even when I put in my order in the evening.”
