“I have purchased 1L shampoo x1 & preventive collar x4 for my dogs… I was satisfied with the delivery. However, one preventive collar was missing, and more important is, the expiry date of them is Feb 2022 which was not stated in your product pages. The collar supposed to last for half a year, I purchased them in Mid-December (arrived on 19/12) only 1.5 months use?!”
