Well overpriced, advise to get tickets elsewhere! Awful seats for the money!

I had an issue with a purchased ticket and the Customer Service provided me an excellent service. They solved the problem promptly and kept communicating each step by step of the situation. Great experience!

Concert starts soon. Confirmation of seat numbers sent days ago but no tickets and no QR code. 2 days trying to get QRCode but links lead nowhere. They’ve sent a link for replacement tickets but it states there are no tickets available. Ripped off but won’t give up on a refund yet. Avoid like the plague

Bought two tickets for the Beyoncé concert in London months before the event. I expected to have some admin fee added to the purchase, the process seemed absolutely fine. However, when I received the confirmation for the tickets, the face value was almost half of the amount I paid and a £46 admin and booking fee was added to the costs. There was no visibility about any of this when purchasing the tickets, and I find it disappointing that such profiteering on tickets is legal in the UK. The concert of course was amazing, but I really feel let down about the price of the tickets.

Bought tickets to Michael Buble, and paid $100 more than we should have. Purchased the tickets 8 months before the event, and when we went, the seats were the furtherest away from the stage, as high up as you could go at the RAC arena. People in front of us only paid $100, which was probably a fair price. Did however love the concert.

Absolute crooks - I was sold tickets that when received, where NOT the tickets I purchased - they were at a lower price and in a nose-bleed section of the concert - almost half the cost/price of what I paid for them. Viagogo support was awful, automated responses and never really understanding the issue or at least ignoring it. They said the reseller uploaded the wrong tickets and they were trying to find new tickets. These guys are absolute crooks/scammers - avoid at all costs.

Bought tickets to Andrea Bocelli concert. The company charged me 448.28 Euros per ticket plus tax and service fee. When I received the tickets, they had a face value of 97.99 Euros per ticket. The company has since refused a refund and keeps insisting that I should re-list the tickets on their site so as to perpetuate the scam which I wouldn't wish on anyone. AVOID! This company at all costs. DO NOT fall for the scam and their business practices that violate consumer rights. I am yet to get a solution regarding the refund because they keep telling me the same thing using different verbiage. I have since reported them to the better business bureau and I'm yet to get a resolution. Go directly to the online box office of the show/concert/event instead of using Viagogo. They use unlawful pricing tactics and will markup the tickets by 400%; they do not clearly and visibly state their no refund policy and try to force one to re-list the tickets on their site to keep perpetuating the scam. Then there are the added fees and taxes. Avoid the headache by avoiding this site.

TOTAL RIPOFF -ISTO É UMA BURLA !!! EVITE A TODOS OS CUSTOS We bought Norah Jones tickets and later realized that the price we paid in total was 185% of the tickets' face value. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Note: upon further investigation fairly priced tickets were still available from other ticket providers.

Others have said it, but I would also leave a zero if could. I purchased two tickets to see Florence + the Machine at the 02 in London back in March 2022. The original show was scheduled for 19th November 2022, however, it was cancelled as Florence had broken her foot. It was then rearranged for 28th January 2023. The e-tickets for the original show were sent from Viagogo to the 02 app. They were visible on the app so that you could gain entry to the 02. However, there were no tickets on the app for the rearranged date. Therefore, I attended the 02 earlier in the day and checked with the Box Office. They informed me that my allocated tickets were now assigned to other people - basically resold without my knowledge or consent. I therefore had no tickets for the event, and no contact / refund from Viagogo. I travelled from Birmingham to London for this, including a hotel stay.

Ta firma to fejk. It concerned order 509717546 purchase of tickets for the Porto match. I sincerely advise against it, it is not the official ticket distributor of the Porto club and the club confirmed that it is "fake" and nothing to do with VIAGOGO. Tickets arrived in Lisbon on the day of the event at 14.30 and the match was of course in Porto, despite many contacts that tickets do not exist and should be delivered 3 days before the event or we asked for electronic tickets, they were promised that they would be sent, but they were not sent by the start time. I do not understand such behavior of this company and of course a refund for tickets was written to us that it is not possible. HJ I advise everyone against this VIAGOGO company and I recommend platforms that have contracts for the distribution of events in a given country. This company is a hoot.

I ordered 4 Phantom of the Opera (Melbourne) tickets on  26 June 2022. The event date is 27 Dec 2022. I ordered early to ensure seats, as this is for my 2 daughters' birthday celebration, and we're travelling interstate to see it. When I searched for tickets, the first results that came up were from Viagogo. I was pressured into buying right away as there was a red & bold phrase that says "there are very few tickets left". (In hindsight, I now realized they're referring to just tickets listed on their website. I didn't know this then because I thought they were like Ticketek or TicketMaster). So I ended up paying $584.73 (Section D Reserve). After purchasing, I received my confirmation email for Order no.501589297. On August 7th, I received an update from Viagogo after I followed up on my tickets. They confirmed by email that I will receive them no later than Dec 6th. Their app also showed this info. On Dec 7th, I checked the app again and the eTickets are still not loaded. I emailed and called customer service as I was getting anxious. I wanted to print the tickets before we travel from Sydney to Melbourne, as we might not have access to a printer there. I then went to read reviews about Viagogo and only then did I realize that they are a 3rd party marketplace/reseller website. Their website did not look like one and I was under the impression I was buying from a legit ticket seller. You can easily be fooled. After a lot of emails, a phone agent named Cesar called me. I was informed that the individual seller of my ticket will load the eTickets and I will receive them on Dec 16th. I was getting anxious because I read reviews from people who paid for overpriced tickets and ended up not receiving them. I didn't want to risk it, so on 09 Dec, I went to the official website of Arts Centre Melbourne (event organizer) and bought my tickets from there. I only had to pay $446.00 for 4 tickets and the seats are better (Section A Reserve). It's $140 cheaper. I also received confirmation that the eTickets will be emailed 3 days prior to the event. That's on 24 Dec. So in this case, why is Viagogo giving me an empty promise that my tickets will be sent on Dec 16th, when the organizer themselves can only send the tickets on 24 Dec? They tell lies just to appease their stressed out customers and to keep them hanging on. So I called Viagogo on Dec 9th to request to cancel my order and have my money returned. I spoke to 3 agents (Daisy, Theresa, and Mitch). They said they will not be able to cancel the tickets. Their only solution was for me to resell or relist the tickets (which I still don't have, by the way). They sent me a link by email, and here I have the option to resell the tickets and even mark up the prices! Since I was left with no other choice, I relisted my 'non-existent' tickets under relisting no. 5740024685. I did not mark it up. I just wanted to get back what I paid for. They said that once I have a buyer, they will notify me and pay me a few days after the event. If there will be no buyers, then they said they will not be able to assist - so I would end up having 4 tickets that I won't be able to use. But I think the more likely scenario would be that I will not receive the tickets and also won't get a refund. By the way, I also got an email that said my re-listing could not be posted to Viagogo, because I haven't uploaded a proof of face value or screenshot of the original purchase of my ticket. How can I do this when I am not the original seller and I have not received any tickets!? It also said "Listings are rejected after 15 days from their creation date. If we don't receive the required proof within that timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to activate your listing for sale in Australia." Is this a joke? The phone agent told me to disregard that email, but at this point, I don't trust anyone from Viagogo. That is why I am writing everything now to get ready for lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I also kept all email correspondence just in case. This scam company needs to be closed down for good.
