0 stars! PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY My story...Googled searched tickets for Tom Jones at haydock park June 2021 and Viagogo were an ad at the top of the results list. (They pay to do this) I clicked on it and took me into a few details (not many) and I booked 4 tickets at £70 each in a presured sales process that had a booking timer on so didnt get chance to read reviews or Ts and Cs. They added £2 per ticket for delivery and £3.50 admin charge totalled £291.50... again you are under pressure.. stupid me! I never do this! Anyway I received the email confirmation that the tickets would be despatched a week before??? I notice the face value of the tickets was,£50 so I checked the reviews and was horrified to the experience of customers. I emailed them and tried to cancel and get a refund (as per bank advice) and they replied their policy is no refunds as they just list event tickets as a 3rd party and have to protect the seller of these tickets... the only option was to relist them.. which would be for another unsuspecting buyer like me to go through this. Not a chance. I checked and these tickets are not even available yet! So they are just scammers. My bank is putting the CC payment in dispute so I get a refund. But PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ANY EVENT TICKETS I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH USE A REPUTABLE ONLINE TICKET SELLER ONLY. This will go on every review site I know and I've reported to google ads. They have been suspended ar least once already!

I paid £244 last year for tickets for Rick Astley which has been cancelled twice. On the Bournemouth International site apparently it is illegal for them to resell tickets and are not authorised to do so. It contravenes the consumer act. There is an online petition trying to ban this company from the internet please do sign. I'm now writing to my local MP to highlight this matter

Saw Il Divo were performing fairly local to where I live. Couldn't find any available tickets anywhere until I came across viagogo. I was buying the tickets 24 hrs before the concert as a special big birthday treat for my sister. Viagogo kept me posted all the step of the way. Tickets arrived by special delivery as promised. I had a query and phoned them and they couldn't have been more helpful. The seats were good and as described. Amazing value and the icing on the cake we were offered even better seats at the concert. I was very nervous when I read some of the reviews. My experience was really good and my sister had a memorable evening so I will definitely use them again.

VERY UPSET , purchased tickets months ago at full price for 5sos for my 13 year old daughter , this is her favourite band and had been looking forward to seeing them all year. Sadly a few hours before the concert we were told we arent getting the tickets after wed been give the run around for days prior, Viagogo were uninterested in helping us and offered me a refund which i doubt i will recieve , luckily i found a few tickets for the same show in a different location for half the price through ticket master, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO VIAGOGO , THEY SCAMMED US AND WILL SCAM YOU TOO WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT... THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN, THEY DISCUST ME

I bought tickets for a concert in 2021. The main performer has died and all concerts have been cancelled. Viagogo keep telling me that I can't have my money back but I can sell the tickets on! Who is going to buy tickets for a concert that has been cancelled and that I don't physically have. If anyone is considering buy tickets from this company I would say don't!

If I could give no stars I would. My event was started as cancelled on the official Jeff Lynne website, but Viagogo said the event was only postponed for the first 2 months so no refund due. When they finally said the event was cancelled, I asked 7 times, yes 7 times for a refund of my £440 and was ignored every time. I eventually got a full refund only after asking my bank. Viagogo still have not offered payment. AVOID!!

I bought tickets for the Military Tattoo in Scotland. The event was cancelled. I requested a refund. They said it would take several months. I have contacted them three times and I keep getting a form letter that it will take several months. It has been 5 months and still no refund. They are a scam company. Do not buy anything from them. They do not stand behind their policy.

If I could leave "0" stars I would. Our event was cancelled 3 weeks before the scheduled event date, 03/27/2020. We immediately requested a refund of our money; 3 months later and we still have not receive a refund! We continue to be told that due to their volume of requests it may take several months to process the refund. When we bought the tickets they took the money immediately; this delay in unacceptable! Do not purchase anything from this business!!!!

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE! Just sold my tickets, and apparently we get nothing back!? I called the customer support and got to a guy only speaking spanish, luckely I speak spanish and he was rude and told me that I may get the money 21 days after consert if it even happens due to covid. I could also hear chickens in the background, he was obviously sitting at some farm. What the heck?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAMMERS . Bought a ticket for Jonas Blue in Manchester for my daughter 3 days before the event . Still no ticket Contacted them and they don’t have a ticket. They told me the may be able to get me one but my 15 year old daughter would have to meet a complete stranger outside the event. I don’t think that’s very safe do you . Well that’s all we can do . No thanks I will have a refund. And I am still waiting they have stopped responding to emails. SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LOOK AT ALL THE BAD FEEDBACK THEY HAVE BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM. They say they have tickets when nobody else does but they don’t JUST A BIG SCAM STAY WELL CLEAR

My immediate follow up email after purchasing tickets and talking to a worthless customer representative At viagogo. “ I actually have no idea what I purchased at this point. I assumed I paid $263 for 2 balcony tickets to a concert in London that would be shipped in "3-5" business days and, extremely inconveniently, require a 'signature' at the door when a working person is not home. This is what I saw and ultimately proceeded with. It was not until after multiple intentional distractors on you purchase site, and after committing to purchase, that I see the arrival date for the tickets is unknown and that they would not arrive until a week before the concert when I will be out of country. The absence of clear upfront disclaimer related to the fact that you can't/wont email tickets, won't allow pick up at the theatre, and that "3-5" days really means 3-5 days 3 months from now (!), with a ship date that is a moving target, is inexcusable and intentionally misleading. I consider myself scammed. ”

Booked tickets for Michael Ball in Manchester as Xmas present for my mum who is 88. They were £100.00 each but said side stalls Row A so thought good seats and she's worth it so went ahead. The site was flashing 14 seats only left on sale !!! I can't believe I've been scammed. Tickets arrived today. The seats are actually gallery seats - the highest and furthest away you can get ! They are ticketmaster issued tickets with a total price if £47.00 including booking fee ! I paid £100 !!!! This should not be allowed. I feel violated. Never use this company - be warned!

My mom was scammed by them just yesterday- paid 220EUR for two tickets worth 65EUR each, and now we are told to wait one month to receive them! (this would be just 2 days before the concert). While she made the booking, she had no idea viagogo was not the official seller as they popped as official on her google search. I cannot believe google still takes their adds after years of controversy- allowing many people to fall into these scams easily, thinking they buy from the genuine organizer. Google plays a crucial role in their scam- without popping first as an ad in google search, viagogo and their likes would go out of business. I have reported this to Google as I believe they need to be held responsible. Given all the bad press over the past years, Google cannot deny they are willingly part of the scam where viagogo claims to be an official reseller, charging last-minute fees just before making a purchase, offering tickets they do not own!
