ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE!
Just sold my tickets, and apparently we get nothing back!? I called the customer support and got to a guy only speaking spanish, luckely I speak spanish and he was rude and told me that I may get the money 21 days after consert if it even happens due to covid. I could also hear chickens in the background, he was obviously sitting at some farm. What the heck?
