Dotyczyło zamówienia 509717546 zakup biletów na mecz Porto. Szczerze odradzam, nie jest to oficjalny dystrybutor biletów klubu Porto i klub potwierdził że jest „fejk” i nic wspólnego z VIAGOGO. Bilety dotarły w dniu imprezy do Lizbony o 14.30 a mecz był oczywiście w Porto, pomimo wielu kontaktów że biletów nie ma a winny być dostarczone na 3 dni przed imprezą lub prosiliśmy o bilety elektroniczne obiecano że wyślą jednak do godziny rozpoczęcia nie wysłano. Nie rozumiem takiego postępowania tej firmy i oczywiście zwrot pieniędzy za bilety odpisano nam że jest nie możliwy. HJ wszystkim odradzam tą firmę VIAGOGO i polecam platformy które posiadają umowy na dystrybucje imprez w danym kraju. Ta firma to fejk. It concerned order 509717546 purchase of tickets for the Porto match. I sincerely advise against it, it is not the official ticket distributor of the Porto club and the club confirmed that it is "fake" and nothing to do with VIAGOGO. Tickets arrived in Lisbon on the day of the event at 14.30 and the match was of course in Porto, despite many contacts that tickets do not exist and should be delivered 3 days before the event or we asked for electronic tickets, they were promised that they would be sent, but they were not sent by the start time.
