“Vicsrack is the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. They should go bankrupt and be sued for their terrible service, lies they’ve promoted and awful customer service. I ordered 4 pairs of boots on December 28, 2019. On January 25 I received one pair of boots. Since then (today is March 28,2020) I still have not received the other pairs. Ever since I placed in order in December I was emailing with the company and currently still am. They have refused to cancel my order, refused to give me a refund, and keep telling me “we assure you all the items were shipped separately and they will arrive soon” yet I don’t have shipping numbers for them. I paid with PayPal and it has been a complete nightmare dealing with PayPal as well because they have policy’s they have to adhere too. All of the boots I ordered were gifts for people and I gave the one pair away when it came. Now In order to get my money back (they can’t just refund me for the items I never received) I have to ask someone for the gift back and then send it back to some asinine address in China in order to get my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY CHINESE COMPANY. Absolute nightmare and complete scam. This company sucks.”

“Ordered three pair of shoes on Nov 17. I received one pair of the three in mid February. Nothing since and tracking info ended when I received the one pair. Was told by Vicsrac that the other two are still on the way. It has been four months. I am happy to wait for two or even three months. I knew they were coming from China. I allowed an extra month because of the two weeks China was shut down due to the virus. If I receive my shoes, I will gladly rewrite or erase this review. I’m sure I will not have to do that. Ugh! Frustrating as hell.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes back in December of 2019 and never received them there was an email that you could communicate to them and my first response they were sitting at the post office and waited never got them, then they said they were sitting on a ship, never received them, so definitely a scam, they however did give me a credit on my credit card which I was surprised especially reading from the other reviews.”
