Shocking customer service states on the website 24 hours delivery up to 78 hours with delays. I'm just shy of two weeks and after live chat mails calls not getting anywhere. Keep getting told oh it will be there or I'll escalate the query and them I hear nothing back. Shocking service

I used Viking Direct as I wanted to use…somebody other than Amazon I used Viking Direct (actually using my partner's account;D** N****) as I wanted to use somebody other than Amazon for a purchase as I wish to 'do my bit' to reduce their dominance. Anyway, having ordered my item (30th December) ready to use in the New Year (a wall-mounted magnetic perpetual planner now you ask - not a cheap purchase) I was told it was next day delivery. Delivery happened as promised - excellent. The box seemed curiously odd-shaped for such a product but, well, design/packaging can be very clever these days etc., I thought. But no, rather than my product I actually received a box full of bin liners. Ok, these things happen, I understand that. I took pictures and described what had happened and emailed Viking Direct. From here on in (let alone previous error) it has been like wading through treacle. Amazon would have sorted the problem in a flash and via one communication...so far it has been back and forth with Viking Direct and I am no further along with resolving my incorrectly picked/delivered item or receiving my correct one. Probably should have stuck with Amazon...my bad.

I ordered an item on 9 November. It was out of stock so I requested a refund. I purchased the item from another supplier. It is now 60 days & I've not had a refund. I've contacted Viking 5 x by chat & 1 x phone to customer services. I will NOT be using Viking again!

Didn't get my product Didn't get my product, didn't get a refund. Awful services. 3 weeks and still no product. Was told 48 hours and then was told will be here for Monday, then rang Tuesday and then they said it still not been sent. Awful company. Do not use

Ordered Christmas stamps with the promise of a 48hr delivery. Was charged £2.90 postage + vat for 4 x books of stamps which would have fitted in an envelope. When I enquired as to the delay I was promised rice that they would be with me by 6pm. Still waiting 8 days later. Last posting day for 2nd class mail was yesterday. I waited till 6pm, but unsurprisingly, no stamps arrived. Had to buy more. Have just read the reviews here, wish I'd read them before I ordered. Maybe they'll be here for next Christmas?

Worst customer service ever! Placed an order on 01/12/2020, first initially told 5 working days. Then when I called to ask for an update was told can take up to 10-15 working days. 15 working days have passed. I called customer service who are completing useless, said they would pass my request onto the delivery team over a week ago, still not heard from to then be told by customer service there is a backlog and can take 5-7 days for them to get in touch. I asked how long a refund would take if I was to cancel. 14 business days!! I am so upset as this was a Christmas present and don't have another £450 to go out and buy another. The chat service is rubbish they can't even give an update on when it will actually arrive.

Terrible! Took my money, held it for a week and order was showing processed. 5 days later I contacted them for a delivery day. They said up to 10 days although it said 2-3 when I placed the order. Very rude and unprofessional “chat”. They ignored 3 of my emails, then I got a an email saying the item was no longer available but would have to wait 5 working days for a refund. Still not got the money back. AVOID

Awful customer service. Chose this company because they offered 10% discount for new customers. The code they provided for the discount was not recognised so no discount. Went ahead with the order anyway and they sent the wrong product. After calling them they sent the correct item but they have billed me a second time. To return the wrong item they have said that I must be home so they can collect it but they can’t tell me when they are going to come. This is a nightmare for someone who works full time. I will never use this company again.

Despite being a business and apparently the invoice would be sent with the goods - it wasn't. Phoned their office and said they would email it. Never received. Do they think we will use them again - NEVER!

Terrible company - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I put an order in on the 19th Nov 20 and it was getting delivered on the 20th Nov 20 and by the 27th Nov 20 still had no parcel so I had went onto my account and it said it had been delivered but I had no note through door to say a neighbor had taken it in so I then send an email and got a reply saying I have checked the system and it was delivered on the 23/11/20 at 10:30 and got handed to neighbor at No:14 but the fact I didn't know it was there and I had to chase it up to find out where it was is shocking! It would have been nice to know where it was! The packaging could have been better as well. Company should be shut down! OVER ALL NOT VERY HAPPY! Don't waste your money and time on this company!

Thirdly.. 90% of the photo paper they sent is damaged at the corner.. Fourthly - This is my second time in my whole life, giving a "bad" review to someone - Usually I understand how difficult it is to make everyone happy, but the red line has been crossed multiple times here..

Ordered a laser printer which was shown as in stock. After a week chased up and spoke to Viking and was told to expect delivery in the next week. A further week later I call Viking again, very helpful guy opens a 'case file'. A day later receive a curt email informing me the item is not in stock, they have cancelled my order and I will get refund of my money in 5 days.

Appaling customer service. Cabinet arrived dented took forever to get through on phone. Despite ringing in the morning was told couldn't guarantee a day a replacement would arrive or a day damaged item be collected yet when i ordered they could deliver next day clearly if there's a problem you get a different service! At no time was i told my payment would at a later date be refunded back to my card why?? they were sending a replacement. 5 months later i receive a phone call saying the invoice is outstanding. I ask them to take payment from original card they say they cant. Very frustrated i ask for email confirmation. I certainly dont expect to then be threatened with a debt collection agency if payment not made promptly. I certainly won't be recommending Viking totally disgusting way to be treated.

Order arrived the next day as promised with a dent and a locking system that did not work. Returned and asked for a replacement although not perfect was acceptable. Then I received an invoice for the replacement item that I had already paid for. So Viking are asking me to pay twice for a faulty item? I wish that I had read the reviews on here before ordering! I don't think I shall be using them again.

Absolute Rubbish. Wrong Goods sent in Error at the beginning of March Invoiced in full and still on my account. I have had copios phone calls and em mails all a waste of time because nobody does what they said they are going to do. Not in the least concerned about my natural aversion to have any future dealings untill they sorted it out. Basically a company now "run" by totally disinterested people. How the mighty are fallen.

I had to send 2 separate items from 2 different addresses back to Viking for a refund, 3 months down the line and numerous phone calls and web chats we still have no collection or refund! - awful service and no reason as to why these items have not been collected.

The delivery took 7 days instead of 1 day but it has arrived. UPS delivery was pretty bad. They said that they will deliver by the end of the day but never arrived until next business day midday. No timeframe or a call before coming so you can be waiting all day long and they might not even come. It was lucky I was home when they actually delivered...
