“Occasionally we order wine we think we are going to love and find it not to our taste. Not surprising really, when taste is such a personal thing. What do we do? We have 12 bottles of a wine we don't want and so many businesses make it almost impossibly difficult to return items and get a refund. Vinomofo makes the process so simple - you retape the box, leave it on your verandah, Australia Post picks it up, leaves a receipt, and the next thing you know you are given a choice to receive a refund or credit on your next purchase. No guilt trip. No bad feelings. Just a process delivered graciously by the Mofo team. Love this place!”

“Recently I order 6 bottles of GALIUS and the grade awards for this wine is 97points by Decanter, I tasted the wine but I don't think this wine should grade as 97 points.”

“I purchased one case from them and I was quite happy with their service and quick delivery. However, I would be grateful if they could allow you to make your own mixed case. Sometimes I see an interesting promotion, but I don't necessarily want to buy six bottles of a specific wine.”

“Still waiting on wine… two weeks of waiting. Wish I had known when I ordered. More communication would have eased my mind - worried I’ve been scammed because it’s my first order. I know there are postal delays, but I’ve heard nothing. Silence.”

“Imagine sending an email asking for a review for wine purchased 2 weeks ago when you have yet to even dispatch it. A follow up email was sent a week in and response was it had been shipped with a tracking number. Tracking supplied by Auspost notes “Being packed by sender” hahahaha I’m actually laughing because if I didn’t I’d cry. So over companies using “covid” as an excuse to provide poor service. This definitely will be my first and last purchase from this company.”

“Lovely service - really, genuinely helpful agents! Wine is fine for the price paid through Vinomofo, but I'd be pretty disappointed if I'd paid cellar door price. Looking forward to trying out other deals, though, as this seems to be the only wine site that offers genuine bargains.”

“I bought a mystery box of WA Syrah as a gift and, thankfully, it's been a hit. The customer service was very good. I always knew where the box was, which is impressive when postal services are overwhelmed just now.”
