Poor Customer service , the item was damaged from transit and they didn’t respond at all. I wrap it nicely with unlit and waterproof bag but my customer received it all broken and damaged.I requested for refund But There’s almost no costumer support. Wouldn’t recommend this platform

I purchased from a seller and the delivery company delivered to the wrong address and now it's missing, The delivery company has agreed it's missing bi VINTED are more refunding

The buyer claimed the item was damaged without providing any photo evidence. The disc was fully functional, and the packaging was carefully done. Sellers should be aware that this buyer’s claims may be false or misleading, and caution is strongly advised when dealing with them.

The shipment to a buyer went into a fumble with royal mail. Long short the parcel did arrive successfully at buyer. But as this took longer than anticipated Vinted is not providing the support for a payout of 25£ As an active user a very disappointing experience, even more as everybody pays extra ‘service fees’ to Vinted for a ‘covered service’ for the selling and buying party… not so much

I bought an item 3 weeks ago, but it didn't match the description and was also damaged. I returned the item, but Vinted said my money couldn't be refunded because it was still under investigation. I'm so frustrated. Please don't use this platform anymore !!!

I ordered an item on the 4th of August and I am still waiting for it to arrive 14 days later. According to the “Inpost” app and their customer services the parcel was returned to the seller as there were no lockers available for the courier to drop the parcel in. I have attempted contacting Vinted customer services, but after an initial response, they are no longer responding to any messages. The seller has also stopped responding my messages

Sold an item, buyer received it and sent 1 photo of small damage to the cover. Vinted do not give you the option to dispute only either to refund or offer a discount. My pictures showed no damage when sent. Anyway I accepted a return. Received the item back and it was all ripped broken now unsellable. Vinted were no help and refunded the buyer even with pictures as proof!! Avoid using Vinted

I sold something on vinted and putted in inpost.when the buyer received that,sent me this picture and said missing item.I tried to contact vinted poor customer service after 2days they said it’s happened because of poor packing and they won’t pay me.but the pack vas standard,strong paper with bubble wrap inside. It’s obvious someone tore the pack and stole the item. Don’t risk to sell your items on vinted.

I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Vinted, and I feel compelled to warn other potential users. First and foremost, Vinted’s so-called “Buyer Protection” is practically nonexistent. When I received an item that was clearly not as described—damaged and unusable—I was shocked to find how difficult it was to get support. Despite providing photos and detailed evidence, Vinted sided with the seller, leaving me out of pocket with no way to appeal the decision. Customer service is almost impossible to reach, and when you do manage to get a response, it’s generic, unhelpful, and slow. There’s no real accountability or way to escalate issues. You’re essentially left to deal with problems on your own, even if you followed all the platform’s guidelines. To make matters worse, their policies are misleading and inconsistent, often favoring sellers regardless of the situation. It gives a false sense of security that you’re protected, when in reality, you’re taking a big risk with every purchase. I understand that secondhand marketplaces carry some risk, but Vinted does little to mitigate this, and in some cases seems to enable shady practices. I won’t be using it again and strongly suggest others think twice before buying anything of value through this platform.

Annoying app. The AI constantly flags items as illegal. After a few tries, it's permanently blocked. And if you object, you get a standard message. Personal contact is impossible. What a bummer.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Dropped off the Vinted parcel to InPost locker as I always do. However, the parcel failed to register despite following their procedure to the letter. Vinted decided to refund the buyer and left me £55.00 out of the pocket. Rude and shocking service!! I am now preparing a letter before action and filing a claim at the small claims court. BE CAREFUL!!!

I was charged through Vinted without ever having an account. When I reported it, they refused to investigate unless I provided technical payment data I can't access. Their support gave copy-paste responses and tried to close the case quickly. Vinted failed to take responsibility or protect against fraud. Avoid this platform.

The more I use Vinted, the more I realise how unfair and unprotected the platform really is. You charge a “Buyer Protection” fee on every order, but when something goes wrong, there’s barely any real support or protection for the buyer. What makes it worse is that buyers can’t even leave honest, public reviews based on bad experiences. Instead, Vinted shows a vague star rating that hides the truth and lets bad sellers keep getting away with it. Buyers like me end up misled and stuck in a system that clearly cares more about protecting sellers and making money than being fair.

Bought buyers protection but apparently that doesn't cover it being delivered to other houses in different streets, in different postcodes. Im on crutches, so cannot walk the ⅓ of a mile to collect a large box and carry it home, but they don't care. They made thier money.

Appalling service Vinted marked my item as delivered 8 hours prematurely which resulted in them completing the transaction and 8 hours prematurely not giving me 48 hours to collect as per their company policy. Of course the parcel wasn’t at the shop and Vinted refused to assist. They are a terrible company with zero interest in helping their customers.
